Burger King

I always order my Burger King food on my app. Today I ordered when I was in Northampton and the App placed my order in Sturbridge mass. I tried to cancel it on the app and could not. I went into the store in NorthHampton and the manager Hector was amazing. He said to call the store in Sturbridge and cancel the order and I will make it for you here. They did not answer in Sturbridge and Hector tried as well. he was amazing and That is why the Burger King in NorthHampton is so successful and warm and unbelievable. I wish there were more Hectors out there at the different other stores that I visit. He is a superb customer service liaison, gentleman and manager.

I don’t often write reviews. I decided to visit the drive thru during rush hour and it was well managed. Just wanted to shout-out Gabriel at the window - for such a small interaction, you made my day! Thank you for being an awesome person.

Quite possibly the best managed fast food restaurant in the state. Staff is so notably polite and I have never had an incorrect order from here. 10/10

Food is fresh everything to perfection not like the holyoke one prefer to go to North Hampton Burger King always over the holyoke one

Food is good, fresh veggies on your burger. The only way I can afford to eat there is with a coupon 😜

The Classic Melt was very good. Best fast food place I’ve had in a long time.

Everything was good , the place was clean the people were nice and friendly.

I went through the drive thru to buy lunch at the Burger King on King Street in Northampton today.
I was so surprised at the price of the value meal I purchased. It was significantly less expensive than other locations.
The food was really good, too.
The wait in the drive thru was not long either.

They were very understaffed but let me know through the drive-thru that it would take a little bit longer, I appreciated them letting me know and did not mind the wait they thanked me for my patience and it was a great experience.

We found the restaurant to be very clean and well maintained. The food was fresh and hot. The manager on duty kept the staff hopping and on-task, but in a calm and respectful way. She was also genuinely polite to all customers. This is the way all fast food places should be run.

First time visiting this BK. Food was fresh, hot & delicious. Order included an iced coffee, chicken nugget kid's meal, 2 whopper juniors with cheese & value fry. No complaints about the food at all. We used the drive thru, which was a bit slow, however this was right around noon (a little before). Once ordered, our food was made quickly & the order was accurate. Very pleased with the overall experience & would be happy to return & recommend. Employees were courteous & friendly. Plaza also includes a gas station & Starbucks.

Great service at this location. As the fast food choices go, this seems to be a good option.
Food was hot and made right. The place was clean. Over all good experience.

This Burger King has got the friendliest respectful team of any I go to! Who ever manages this team should take a victory lap!

Better than McDonald's

This Burger King is great. My food is always hot and they never get my order wrong. The Assistant Manager Xayamara is always in a fantastic mood and the staff works hard and deserves recognition for it.

Just came in from going on a trip to Vermont with the husband. One thing I can say is the people who work here have great customer service, very friendly and have no idea how kind they are. I had just come from having a really bad experience in Vermont. Went to a grocery store and was made to feel very uncomfortable because of my race. To walking here (going back home to NYC) and just getting a quick bite to eat before hitting the road for a couple more hrs. To the two woman of color that work there. Thank you. For not batting an eye to my "gracias" and even saying "de nada". You have no idea how such a small act made our day. Feeling full (food was great as always) and infinitely happier. People like these make me feel like all the ignorant people out there don't matter and to live life through small acts of kindness like this. Again, thank you for making this probably the best part of our anniversary trip. ❤

Love the person at the drive thru

Always amazed at how great they are here. The only fast food I'll still eat is this exact location.

I ordered 3 burgers. They were hot, fresh and delivered very quickly. Great service! Thank you to the employees for everything you do, especially during this pandemic. I appreciate you!
