In the summer I am here almost every night. Usually not to crowded on weeknights, weekends get a little crazy and the boat ramp gets full. Usually not a ton of boats at the boat ramp though so its a tad annoying but everyone is just trying to enjoy the beautiful surrounding, plenty of fishing spots, drop in spots for SUP boards, Kayaks or floats. Just beautiful all around!

Beautiful hike around the reservoir. Nice beach area, swimming was prohibited at the time of my visit (call ahead).
Great views and picnicking spots throughout!

Such an amazing place to go and take a break from everything ! I loved the views and the peace I felt at this place. You can take your dog for walk here too I do recommend wearing shoes some place there can be very slippery to walk. There’s such a nice view of the lake and the waterfall.

I have been coming here since I was a kid. At least 18 years now. I loved it as a kid, a teenager, an adult and now I bring both my daughters here. It is the only place I will bring my children to swim. It is beautiful, clean, and quiet. There are miles of trails, a private and public beach, a boat ramp and you can hike, kayak, canoe, paddleboard, swim or go fishing. There are a few separate islands that you can swim to or kayak to. The park is dog friendly and it is awesome to see how many people enjoy this place just as much as I do. I am also glad I have brought the tradition of coming here into my kids lives and they get so excited when we come! You can spend the entire day here or just come for a short period of time. Beautiful atmosphere.

Beautiful and clean loop trail with many spots for swimming. Not too many people.
on Friday morning the beach was closed and there was no lifeguard, they still charged $8 for parking.

Highly disappointed after paying a heavy parking fee of $35.00. Nothing new or special about this lake. One of many hundred in a Masachusetts.

I visited this rec and absolutely loved it. There is a beautiful swimming area in the lake and it is clean. You can find around 15-20 grills around the lake area itself and walking trails. The parking is free if you park bear the administrative park office itslef, else it is $8 for MA plate cars.

Love going here, nice and wooded with a pond in the inside. Great parking, you can walk from the community center in the off season and it’s always shaded

Great place to go for a walk and chill. You do need to watch out for roots on some of the trails. Nice views by the reservoir.

A beautiful spot with various scenery - beach, islands, long walkways, forested areas, cute dogs. We took a hike around the entire lake and it took us around two hours. Especially loved the long walkway that lets you look over the entire body of water from a higher viewpoint.

Great to raft, catch a sunset, or swim. Not huge, I avoid the main entrance for privacy, perfect for a couple hours.

Delightful! Great quiet water. Best stretch of car top boat water around. It isn't crystal clear, but it is home.
