I have worked with Jenn, at Robinson's Realty several times. She is very knowledgable about rentals in the area. She is honest, straightforward, and very professional. I highly recommend Jenn to anyone searching for a home in the Northampton area incuding Hadley, and Easthampton. Jenn is the best!

Jen was amazing, when we first met her she knew right away that the first apartment wasn't going too meet our needs and the next day showed us a new listing that we applied and were accepted for! She made what should have been a stressful process so incredibly easy and if I am ever ready to move again she will be my first call.

I love Robinson Real Estate, but mainly I love JEN, one of the agents. I have worked with her several times now and she has been SO SO helpful each and every time. She has gone above and beyond to help me find the right place within my budget and been there for anything that I need along the way and even after.

Cannot recommend her or the agency enough. Moving and switching your life around can be really stressful and Jen has made the whole process so much easier MULTIPLE times now when I really needed to find a good place. I cannot express how much I appreciate that. She deserves the world and I'm so grateful for her, Robinson, and the roof over my head, each and every day.

Robinson Real Estate in Northampton has been wonderful at helping me find great tenants. I highly recommend them to everyone. (Of course working with an agency like this is optional, but in my experience it makes the process much more efficient - - just make sure you carefully pick the agency, as they can vary a lot.) Jenn and Justin and Steve at Robinson RE are all friendly and professional, and always helpful and completely honest. Integrity is the key. They treat everyone right. That is my direct experience as a landlord, and it is what I consistently hear from my tenants. Highest recommendation possible.

Jen was very helpful and responsive during the whole process. We initially contacted her to look at one apartment, but she ended up showing us multiple ones that were arguably better. She contacted us ASAP when a new one became available, and it was perfect. Very grateful for her help.

Northampton is a great community ... with so many great neighborhoods. It was awesome to have my RRE agent (Jennifer) help me find the perfect (I mean perfect) apartment in the perfect location for my needs. (Just another quality of moving to and living in the great town. )

We were desperately looking for a nice place, and these people sure have high standards! The place they showed us was nice. Unfortunately we didn't get it but the customer service at Robinson Real Estate is great! Definitely waaay better than RentNoho, the other rental agency that runs rampant in Northampton. I'd recommend letting them know as soon as possible that you are looking for a place, because the properties they show are very nice and get snatched up quickly. Would definitely use in the future if I were looking for an apartment in Northampton.

Beautiful river with great swimming holes. Misleading when I found it on Google because it said more about waterfalls, but we couldn't make it much farther than a mile due to the lack of an actual trail and difficult climbing. The kids had fun jumping from a large rock. People seem to be very disrespectful and there was a lot of litter in some spots. Overall, I'd go again if we were in the area.
