Doug restored my grandfathers 1916 Erfurt Arms German Luger to original off the factory line condition. I am very pleased with how the restoration turned out. This family heirloom is now a display worthy piece that will be passed down through my family for generations. It took a great deal of trust to let someone work on this piece of history thats in my family and i can honestly say i would highly recommend taking your firearm to Swift River for any repair or restoration services. Douglas Everett refinished and repaired my Anschutz 164 Sporter stock into a thing of beauty. All the dings, dents and scratches were removed, along with the original factory finish. He repaired the damaged white line spacer and buttplate at the toe so it looks factory new. The new finish is smooth and soft and brings the grain to life. He also installed sling swivel studs that look factory fresh. I am so happy I found Swift River Gunworks in my search for stock repair. Douglas communicates well, and is a pleasure to deal with. His prices are more than fair for the top notch quality work he does.

I just picked up my 2 Springfield trapdoor rifles (1884 and 1888) and 3rd model British Brown Bess musket (1797-1854) , which I had entrusted to Swift River Gunworks for antique restoration. The result is excellent, and the estimated added value is several times what I paid. I highly recommend Douglas Everett of SRG.

My eyes not being what they used to be needed some help. Doug did a great job of installing a scope rail and red dot on my Hawken ML. Beautiful work as always from him. He's done 5-6 jobs for me and I've been very happy with all of them.

My WWII M1 Carbine had a big crack in the stock. I had it repaired by Swift River Gunworks, it came out great. If you didn't know it was there before you would never be able to find it. Mr. Everett did a great job, and at a very fair price. I highly recommend this shop.
