The food was delicious. Taste so fresh. The staff was nice . I'm definitely coming back.

One of the best burrito spots in the area. Burritos are delicious, especially with their spicy BBQ sauce. A lot of options, decent size, and can be upgraded to an even bigger size for a small upcharge, or free on Tuesdays.

Staple of western Massachusetts. Always delicious, never stingy. Friendly and quick. The green sauce is roasted and super yummy, the burritos are HUGE.

Visiting from New York, as a vegan it’s always a struggle to find decent food at restaurants- this was SO GOOD- I went with the Thai burrito with seitan because no one else offers anything like that and it did not disappoint! Thank you!!! Please open a location on Long Island in NY 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

This was my first experience with the West Springfield location of local chain Bueno Y Saño. I have always had good experiences in both Springfield and Northampton. This location gets busy for lunch but your order is made promptly with fresh, quality ingredients. There are excellent choices for meat eaters and non-meat eaters alike. I typically order burritos which are always satisfying and quite filling. I tried a bowl with their new option of grilled corn and spinach and substituted cheese for vegan queso on the side. My meal was exquisite. My mouth will water for weeks as I think back on my mixed grill bowl.
Highly suggest for anyone that enjoys Mexican cuisine — much better than the big chains that have tried to take over.

Absolutely the BEST fatties around! Just like the Northampton eatery with the same quality of food & service. Very generous portions per meal. Fresh guacamole & chips. They offer 4 different self-serve salsa & and sauce, which are all delicious. Very clean. Easy parking. Reasonably priced. Definitely a great meal! Highly recommended.

The menu is delightfully simple, which makes this a great place to get quick Mexican take out! Dining in is also an option.

This was my 1st time trying Bueno y Sano. I ordered the smoked brisket bowl. It was soooo good! The portions are really generous, the taste and quality is on point. Chipotle who? 😂😂

I decided to give the place a chance after a bad experience years ago. I have to say it was pretty good, I would have preferred crunchy tacos (5 star worthy 😉) but that was not an option. They seemed to be understaffed considering how busy it was but let me tell you about the staff. The 3 ladies were great, polite and friendly but 1 stood out above and beyond. The cook (big hoop earrings), was AMAZING! I've never seen an employee work like that anywhere, ever. Besides preparing food for a decent sized crowd, she hustled in back and washed dishes in between!!! Bueno y Sano, she is definitely a keeper and deserves big recognition.

Bueno y Sano is a great place to dine in, especially if you are in a rush. Food is usually served between the first 1-6 mins of arrival. I would add a dessert section and the music was too loud last time I went there. Food taste good and the price is fair.

Love this place!! We did not know what seitan was so we asked... The great kid at the register did not know for sure but was wheat based. He said he'd never had it...i asked how long he had worked there.. 3 years... And you've never tried it... Nope... Our food was ready and we went to our table. 5 minutes later I went to the salsa bar and grabbed 3 small cups. My daughter and I went to the counter and I lined up the 3 cups and $5... The other lady busted out laughing... Obviously he had told her we were drilling him on trying it... They cooked up 3 slices.. It got busy so we waited for him... We all admitted it was a great deal better than any of us anticipated!!!
Next thai burrito will be with seitan!!!

The food is great, the people are awesome, and it's a good place to sit down or to get take out from. What more can I say? They make a great burrito and the Tuesday deal is pretty sweet.

First time trying Bueno y Sano and it was so good!! My husband could not get over the size of the burrito he got, that thing was huge!! My 5 year old daughter who never wants to eat quesadillas could not stop saying how good her chicken quesadilla was! I don’t know if we were all just super hungry or what it was, but we really enjoyed our dinner! Definitely going back!
