Joy Bowl Poke West Springfield

Amazing poke place!! We had - wasabi yuzu salmon bowl and custom ordered 2 bowls with spicy salmon and spicy crab . The portions were very generous . The lady behind the counter gave us all the toppings which was very nice . Ambiance was great and rest rooms were clean.

Cute place. I got the make your own salad bowl. Ginger dressing was my favorite. They have some appetizers and cool drinks on offer as well

A great place to go to when you’re looking for a quick, nutritious meal. We usually dine-in on our way north to Vermont for ski weekends or when we are in the area for errands. We always build our own bowls and pile on the veggies sky high alongside mango flavored coconut water from the fridge. Vegan friendly so that’s an extra plus too!

I've only ordered through DoorDash, so I don't know about the facility itself.
That said, I love this place. The ingredients are tasty and seem very fresh. The "seaweed" mix-in is seaweed salad, not nori. It is delicious, but I was surprised the first time I ordered it expecting nori (which they do have as a topping). The only proteins I've gotten are cooked (spicy crab, shrimp, and eel -- the eel is so good), but my husband is always satisfied with the raw salmon and tuna.

Poke bowls from Joybowl used to be my go to for dinner after a long day at work. $18 bucks or whatever it came out to after tip was fine, until my last few trips.. I’m not sure if their is new ownership, or if the people that ran the place previously have left, but this is not the same Joybowl I’ve been a patron of for the past few years, as one of their best customers… the reasoning behind the three is in hopes of the couple that had run the place to return, if not, it will probably stay the same..

EDIT: Seems like staff is much better trained now, clean, and very filling bowls. Portions are worth the 18 bucks , thank you JoyBowl

A perfectly refreshing Poke Bowl. Good portions, plenty of options. Clean bathrooms. Soda fountain wasn't working, but plenty of canned and bottled options including Ramune to make up for it.

I love this place. The store is very inviting and the food is delicious. I love the joy classic and their miso soup is seasoned very well. The workers are very nice.

All the usual ingredients for a good pokebowl, plus a few other interesting items. Price is right and service was quick.

I order here practically 2-3 times a month and every experience is always a good one! Everyone has always been courteous and kind to me and the drawings on the pickup order bags are very adorable! Customer service is still alive

Oh this is my new favorite place. I love their poke bowls and the fact that you create it just the way you want it. Everything is fresh, rice tastes great. Very friendly and lines go quickly. Will be back for more poke bowls!!!

Went in for the first time with my girlfriend just before closing last night and asked for whatever was popular. Ordered the Joy Bowl Classic. I’m not a seafood person, raw fish for that matter and whoa amazing! Was greeted nicely and the food was just wow. Will definitely be going back to try the other menu items. Thank you, I guess I like raw fish now? Lol.

Quick and fast. Everything was fresh and delicious. Can't believe it took me so long to try. The sweet gochujang sauce was so flavorful and spicy.
