Worst service I have ever experienced!

I ordered 2 cars, both cars got cancelled on short notice. No reimbursement - they even refused to refund me the fee for the insurance, even though I have never received a car from them. People in the customer center completely incompent and refused to cooperate.

I cannot believe how they handle the customers. I strongly recommend taking an alternative in the area. This service is just a nightmare.
