Every visit to this office goes the same way. The receptionists are great, the assistants are great, and the dentist is great. Always professional, always helpful, and I’m never in pain. Everything goes smooth like clockwork every time. I really couldn’t ask for more.

I’ve been with this dentist for some time now with no bad experiences which is why I stay. I recently went in for scaling and I have to leave this review for the hygienist who worked on me. I can’t remember her name but, she made my visit not only comfortable with having anxiety, she was so thorough and fast I couldn’t believe when she told me it was done. I’ve never been excited to go to the dentist and now I’m excited to go for the other half of my scaling. Oh and I can’t forget the ladies from the front desk. Im a single mother so my son is with me always, my mom was supposed to be at the office to watch my son while I was seen, unfortunately she was very late so the ladies upfront watched my son for me while I had my scaling done. This is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Thank you Baystate dental of Northampton for making my experience there so welcoming, compassionate and comfortable!

The personal is so good and they treat me with respect. The facilities are so clean and neat. The dentist explained everything to me.

This office is full of kind people. I have had some very bad experiences with dentists in the past especially those who accept medicaid. I was afraid to see a dentist again but I had an emergency and this office helped me. I feel very comfortable with receiving my dental care at Baystate Dental Northampton. These folks really do care!

The office is easy to find. I had no trouble booking. Everyone there was kind, respectful and professional. I felt well taken care of and will be going back for future dental needs.

Jane absolutely made the entire appointment so wonderful with such kindness and professionalism. Together, with Dr. Cioccia, I felt relaxed and welcomed. Their years of experience working as a team truly spoke volumes of their commitment and expertise surrounding patient care.

New patient exam and consultation was quick and efficient, which is just what I hoped for. I'm feeling pretty confident that upcoming work will also be excellent.

This office is absolutely fantastic! The staff are extremely accommodating and very pleasant. I went in for a cleaning, they found a cracked tooth I didn't even know I had and did the filling immediately after my cleaning (the doctor had an opening in his schedule, so I was lucky). My hygienist Tara is super funny and very knowledgeable and Doctor C is awesome too! Again very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I highly recommend this office!

OUTSTANDING 1st VISIT! 200 More to GO! LOL! Great SMILES (that's important!) and so Personable. Helped guide me to the office by cell as I was "TOURING' King St. up & down. And down & up. GPS MAY add 10 mins...because it CAN. Preview ahead of time; You've ALREADY had this tour if you live here. Turn right @ ALDI's. Felt as if I came in contact with the WHOLE staff. Happy I MADE it! Everybody here is a part of the Dental Healthcare Team. Lots of explaining & information. Made me wanna Start Flossing more. INSTEAD of the day before my Appointment; as USUAL. ( OOPS!) DR. Ciccola, Ms. Jessemina R., and Ms. Jazmine R. are ALL WORTH an Honorable mention! Great job BAYSTATE!

I've had several dental cleanings in my life and I never thought they made much difference, but I can honestly say looking in the mirror after my visit my teeth look visibly better!

Alyssa not only did an amazing job, she is clearly very experienced because I didn't feel a thing. What I'm really grateful for though is that she explained why I might be having a certain issue and things I can do to help, she explained things even better than the dentist did. I hope I have her again for my next cleaning, i keep looking in the mirror just to see how much better my teeth look!!

Generally I find dental offices extremely stressful but Melissa & Sarah at the front desk are easy to talk to and awesome at putting you at ease from the moment you check in to the moment you leave. The appointment turned out to be a surprisingly nice start to my day!

It's a great place to take care of you teeth. They make you comfortable so you never feel the work.

Quick checkin by friendly staff, minimal 5 minute wait, followed by one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had by hygienist, Ed.

The team at " Northampton Baystate dental are professionals ". They care about the treatment they're providing to their patients and take the time to provide the best dental care possible. I'm very pleased with the service and care I've received since becoming a patient with this particular Baystate dental office. Thanks to Dr. Cioccia , Alyssa my new hygienist, Sarah for finding appointments for me and Melissa for easy scheduling.

I have had not so great experiences at other Baystate Dental offices, but I drive almost an hour to have my appointments at North Hampton. From the moment they pick up the phone, to checking out with Nicole, the service is fast, friendly and professional. I have always felt comfortable with all the hygienists and today I had the pleasure of meeting Jane. I loved her energy and she put me at ease. She partnered so well with Dr. Cioccia. I finally feel like I have a team I can trust with my dental care and it is worth the trip. My husband has now even switched to this office.

Natalya the hygienist is fabulous - she was very nice, polite, gentle and thorough!

It was almost impossible to get an appointment during the pandemic but once things settled down my experiences at Baystate Dental of Northampton have been very positive. The hygienists are very gentle and kind, the dentists I have seen have been great!

Dr. Cioccia has always been nothing short of pleasant and helpful! His assistant Mikayla has a very sweet and kind disposition, making me feel comfortable during my visit. Much appreciated!
