Noodles Restaurant

Exceptional service and food! Sao and Lit are lovely and their restaurant is clearly very well run. We tried a crispy fried leek cake and it was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. The sour chili noodle soup was also absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back

I was in town to see a show and was looking to have dinner beforehand. I found this place, and I'm so glad I decided to stop here. I both dined in and got some items to-go. All were wonderful!

I was greeted upon entering and ended up seated at the end seat of the window booth. It's a smallish place, so plan ahead if you have a larger group.
There were so many things on the menu that sounded great, so it was hard to decide. I'll definitely have to go back.

For my dinner, I chose the roasted pork bowl with brown rice ($1 extra). The thin-sliced pork was cooked well and was tender. The broccoli was fresh and cooked just enough to still be a little crunchy, which I like, and the brown rice was perfect. This all was topped with a really tasty sweet sauce. I'd definitely have this again.
For my to-go order, I'd requested the mini dumplings and an assortment of the Bao Buns: black bean, bbq chicken, and corn.
The mini dumplings were soooo good, and after we'd tasted them, I'd wished I'd gotten two orders of those. They're so flavorful, definitely could eat them every day and still want more.

The Bao Buns were not only ridiculously adorable...almost too adorable to eat...but the three flavors we got were all given two thumbs up by those who ate them. I, myself, had the black bean one. I really liked it. The bun itself was light and had a really nice, subtle, sweet flavor. They didn't have the potato curry one available when I was there, so that is just another incentive to go back again. It's a little over an hour from my home, but I deem it absolutely worth the drive.
They did have a sign on the door noting that they *did* have the Bao Buns that day, so I got the impression that they're very popular and that they may not always be available. (I saw that they aren't listed on the online order menu, so that may be related to the availability on any given day.)
The Ramen that someone at another table ordered looked soooo good, so that'll probably be the next item I try when I go back.

All in all, I don't think anyone could be unhappy with the choices and quality of food here.

The food here is so good! What a hidden gem in Northampton. Their food is very light, authentic, fresh and flavorful. Everything we tried was delicious. I highly recommend the iced green tea it’s not like anything you’ve had

I have been to Noodles many times with my boyfriend, and every time we're so happy to be back. The owners are lovely people, the seating is nice and not too overcrowded, and the food is amazing!! Any chance I get to recommend a restaurant in Noho, I tell them about Noodles :)

You can't beat the naja noodle - The noodle soup is so tasty and fresh! And best fish ball of course. The three kingdoms noodle is also creative And delicious! Little place but cozy atmosphere.

The food was VERY good super flavorful and exactly as expected. They have very cute bao buns and they were delicious. The crew there is very freindly.

New to the area and this is one of the best restaurants I have tried in Northampton so far. Food tastes fantastic, good portions, good value. To top it off, the service was excellent and the staff were super friendly with explanations and suggestions. Will be back to try more of the menu and hopefully bring a couple of more friends.

So I was really scared to try something other than their classic beef stew (pho.) I had never been here and was craving pho, I feel like even if it wasn’t great pho, I would be satisfied. I took the chance and ordered the chili sour noodle soup….. AMAZING!!! One the best soups I’ve ever had anywhere. I drank every last drop. So tasty, full of flavors and I think hits every tastebud genre. I was afraid a spicy soup would be salty but it wasn’t at all. I was so happy after the first taste I forgot to take pic but here are pix of the gyoza and seaweed salad which came with some shredded cabbage. We also ordered the beef teriyaki rice bowl and it seemed quite small. Even just another scoop of rice would have sufficed. It did not fill up my boyfriend. The portions could be a little bigger so if you have a big appetite, order a few apps before your entree. Thai iced tea w boba was the perfect dessert.

Absolutely delicious! I picked up my order on my bike, and they wrapped it all up for me really nicely so it wouldn’t spill in my bag. Highly highly recommend this place. Food is delicious. I had dumplings and the tofu teriyaki.

Delicious noodle soups and very sweet owners, will be coming back next time I’m in the area!

The owners of this restaurant work very hard and are always so kind especially when my 14 year old goes in to eat or pick up our takeout!! Great with kids and accommodations even though the place is a bit small. They are wonderful hard working genuine people and deserve all the kindness! Thanks noodle for always providing excellent quality food for our bellies and friendly smilies !!! Definitely will be one of our forever go tos :)

Wonderfully easy online ordering with very clear dietary restriction labels. They have ample gluten free and vegan options! We love the veggie deluxe, as well as the veggie keree tofu. They have some great vegan desserts as well!

Noodles has seriously amazing food . I have been coming here since 2019. The owners are so kind and courteous and the food is so fabulous . Great atmosphere.

A absolute gem. Delicious affordable Thai food in a clean, beautiful, little bright place with exceptional service. Many vegetarian options! I had the curry tofu soup with small egg noodles. Yum!!!

It was all great—the tea and boba, the appetisers, the noodles. I’d have gotten the desserts (they looked really good) but we were too full. I don’t know when I’ll be back in the area but if I am I will absolutely come back here for more.

I love this place. Ramen is great, beef noodle soup is great and their buns are DELICIOUS! All of that and the cherry on top is that the folks who work there are absolutely lovely. Please go and eat their great food !
