Besko's Appliance

My upright freezer recently died on me. I called Besko for a new one and they were able to get it to me in a day and a half, much quicker than expected. I have been doing business with them for years, whether buying an appliance or requiring service, they always go above and beyond.

The knob fell off my stove. I brought it to Besko. They could get a new knob for $50. Expensive knob! They told me how to fix the old knob by looking on the knob shaft for the missing part. I fixed the knob in about one minute. These guys are the best! It's not the first time they saved me from an expensive fix. They are my go to place for appliances. There prices are fare, service is extradentary and advice invaluable. I highly recommend them for any appliance need.

Just got my new washing machine. The two guys were very courteous and professionally. It's nice to have an applicant like Besko's right here in town. My mom and dad always used Besko's, and now so am I!

I purchased a Kitchen Aid dishwasher from Besko's, and was very pleased with the customer support I have received. When I had a problem with the motor in my dishwasher, Chris from Besko's came right out and took care of it. He worked with my schedule, and made repeated visits to ensure that everything was working well. It is great to do business with a company that stands by its products and treats customers with such courtesy!

We had beskos’s come and check on the washing machine, the young man was exceptionally very courteous, and almost immediate repaired it! Was so thrilled as this washer is over 18 years old and running like a new one! The other thing, was the dishwasher had not run for 3 yrs, doing dishes by hand is no fun! So again this young man repaired it! I have never been so happy!!! Thank you so much! This is exactly where I’ll be going for new appliances in the future. Nothing like giving small companies business instead of big box stores!

My husband and I recently moved to the area and went to Besko's as a result of the recommendation from our realtor. We were not disappointed. It is a small appliance store but the service, product information, guidance and advice offered was more than we expected. We purchased a new washer and dryer at comparable cost to other retailers and with a lot more confidence in our purchase. The delivery was exceptional and installation went smoothly. We ordered a stove that, once delivered, did not fit as expected. They were quick to respond and fix the issue. We we’re prepping to host a small post-funeral gathering for our family and they ensured that a new stove was in place with time to spare. We could not be happier with their service! They are a true testament to the benefit of shopping local!!

I highly recommend Besko’s. I have purchased two different appliances and received excellent service each time. They were exceptionally accommodating with my recent refrigerator purchase after my first choice proved to be a poor fit for my needs. I won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

My 6 year old Kitchenaid refrigerator stopped working on a Friday night. I called Besko’s for service at 9:00 am on Saturday morning and service was there within an hour. The Service Tech was able to get the refrigerator cooling system working, although all other features (lights, temperature display, icemaker) would not. Besko’s concluded that the motherboard was partially damaged (luckily the most critical part was not!). They ordered the part on Monday, got it on Tuesday, and we were back in business on Tuesday. They were extremely responsive!

We bought an entire kitchen suite of appliances from Ryan, who was knowledgable and very helpful. We got a Whirlpool fridge, range, and microwave and Kitchen Aid dishwasher. We wanted a panel-ready dishwasher and Whirlpool only made one we weren't thrilled with. Ryan did some research and found us a better one from Kitchen Aid. We got better pricing here than what was available at Lowes, Home Depot, and Best Buy, and all without asking. They matched all Black Friday sale prices and then some. We obtained the additional 5-year service agreements just in case, and it is very reasonable and much less than what we have paid for Kenmore extended service contracts. Theirs averaged $40 per year, per appliance, for a total of $200 for 5 years per appliance. If anything goes wrong, it will be much more than that to pay out of pocket for someone to come and pay for the parts so we feel it's well worth it. Appliances aren't being installed until January so if there are any problems I will update then.

When I moved in to my new place I needed a washer and dryer. I was really happy to be able to buy one from a small, local business.

I visited the store, and the gave me no hassle or upsell attempt when I asked for the least expensive washer and dryer they had.

Installation was scheduled quickly and and they had us hooked quickly and properly in very short order.
