I dont know anything about the company as a whole, but Sharon was incredibly helpful to my family when we were looking for an apartment. She answered our questions and actively kept an eye out for new listings that would meet our needs. We learned a lot from her in the process, and I feel more prepared for a future search. While we weren't able to find housing in the pioneer valley (not Sharon's fault, no other realtors or brokers could help us in this very rough market), she provided a very valuable and friendly service. We will definitely reconnecting with her in the future!

I’ve used them for two moves. One from when I was in Brooklyn moving to Northampton and recently for a new place. They help with getting through the landlord issues because I found when I did it myself the landlords would rent right underneath me! Like one I thought I had time to go to bank and she called and said she rented it! So I decided to go with rent noho even though everyone and reviews said not to. I did and I’m relieved. This last move was stressful too but they found me a place I could afford and I’m very happy. The broker fee is worth it. I initially didn’t want to pay it but I had moved in 11 years and had no idea landlords could get worse than they were back then. So I’m glad I gave in and they were awesome. Very busy of course but once they locked in on places it was fast.

Don’t let bad reviews dissuade you. I had a fantastic experience with Renee today, she’s great and I highly recommend working with her. This business operates like any other and is upfront about policies and all. I’m mystified by the bad reviews.

Sharon was a really great resource for me — she set up multiple viewings for me all in the same day. None of those were the right fit, and when another unit came available that Sharon knew I was interested in, she messaged me right away and prioritized getting me to see the place ASAP. I’m not unfamiliar with the negative reviews around rentnoho, but working with Sharon was a very positive experience for me. If you can, I recommend working with her.

Five stars instead of four to help bring up such low undeserved rating. My experience was straight forward. Everything is disclosed to you. If you agree to the cost of using this agency then you'll have a good experience. I saw some really terrible apartments and then I saw one that I liked and got it because it's first come first serve. Communication was good and timely. My experience with rentnoho was worth the cost they charge. They're honest and upfront about everything.

We read the terrible reviews about RentNoho, but we were desperate because we had sold our home and needed a nice apartment. We worked with Jordan, who was fantastic. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and we found (with his help) the most amazing apartment. Yes, they are expensive, but for us, it was well worth it!
