Great experience overall purchasing a new vehicle for the first time. Jack Coach was very helpful and they all went above and beyond to coordinate the process as quickly as possible. I drove a new Hyundai Venue off the lot the same day and am very happy with it. Left feeling like I got a good deal.

Absolutely amazing!!! I worked with Thomas and Nick. I went for a state inspection back in December and failed due to an airbag light on. I brought my car for a diagnosis at balise Hyundai in Springfield Ma where they misdiagnosed me and told me it would be 2,000 for a new air bag. I brought my car again to be diagnosed because I bought my car 2 years ago and knew something was wrong. When I went they told me it was a wiring issue due to the anti-theft device added to my car. Overall I paid $200 which had a state inspection included! Amazing service and would recommend to anyone who has a Hyndaui.

They also fixed my car after it got broken into last June.

JACK COACH THE MAN 🐐 my experience has been amazing, man trusted me and let me test drive the car by myself‼He kept it real with me from the beginning and we built a bond. I’ve been shopping for cars for a grip now and I just couldn’t build a bond with sale representatives and I think it’s huge to able to trust the man that’s sitting on the other side. I went to Country Hyundai twice in a year due to having my car hit and totaled. I want to start out with : As a woman, I feel that salesman generally take advantage of us, so i was nervous to go with out my husband. BUT this was farther from the truth.

I bought a Palisade Limited yesterday and I had a great experience. I contacted them through the car i was interested in test driving. Jason was texting me back and since i could not make it out to North Hampton that day, he drove it out my way so i could get the test drive i wanted.
He followed up with me regularly and was not a pushy sales man type.
Then when i went in Saturday ( 3 days later) to discuss the car , Jason set me up with Jake! what a nice young man! He was very helpful and was making great jokes to pass the time!.
What is LOVED the most was the MINUTE i sat down after my test drive Jake brought out the "OUT THE DOOR PRICE" break down!! That is all I wanted. Salesman that are honest about all the fees we know they are charging and what they are for. Some were extra and i declined them but i got no hassle for it!

Kevin helped with my financing and he was very nice as well. They even stayed an hour after closing to help me finish up so i did not have to come back again on Monday.
Over all it was a long day but the whole staff was very nice and i drove home that day with the car.
