My wife and I were on our search for our forever home, which was not so easy with my progressive disease. Pat and Ron not only learned what was needed for me at the moment but in the the future as well. After a normal amount of time, (best things come when u wait) and visits of what was out there we found our home. We just have to move in.

My wife and I recently worked with the team from MA Real Estate Center in Ayer. I have to say that they were more than accommodating and responsive. They sent out 3 realtors and spent over 2 hours with us. They put in over 8 hours of up front work to prepare for our meeting (and it showed!!) I have sold multiple houses over the years and I have to say that this is the most competent and professional team I have ever dealt with!! I would strongly recommend this team for your future real estate needs - great team that goes above and beyond!!!

Pat bagni-latimer is very unfriendly. I called excited about a rental and she made me feel like I was talking to someone at the RMV. I am not sure why is in real estate or how she has clients with her attitude. But i recommend using another agent to list your properties.

Anyone who uses this company, I recommend reporting to The Better Business Bureau. I've grew up in this area and lived here for over 40 years. My co worker and friend was scammed out of $25 for a credit report check, and was never given his report afterwards. He had inquired about a property on Chapel Street in Shirley. Even though the $25 was non-refundable and I understand that. However, after collecting the $25 for a credit check and running it she had told my co worker that the apartment was already taken. Unprofessional and scam artists at its finest. This person already knew it was taken ans wanted to take pity by scamming him out of $25. Apparently you really needed this money. Consider it a donation for the unfortunates.
