We've been going here for a few years and truly appreciate them. Dr Humphrey, the dental hygienist, and the rest of the staff have always been great. They always listen to our complaints and provided emergency appointments when needed. We are lucky to still have independent practices in our area.

Today was my first visit with Amherst Dental. The Dentist I picked was Dr. Bagdasarov, I am so happy I have him as my dentist now. He was very thorough and kind, personable, just a great dentist and a great person. And his assistant was superb, very very nice and smart. I then had my cleaning with one of the best hygienists I ever had. I can't remember her name but she is phenomenal. I can say my first visit was great!! 10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

We've been with Elena for years, we see her and only her as a family. We like her friendly persona, she's pleasant, kind. She's an asset to the practice. Besides that go else where.

I went for my first visit yesterday and could not have had a better experience! They ask you to call once you’re parked to decrease capacity in the wait room which curated a very safe feeling environment. Heather, Joanne, Doreen and Dr. B were all absolute professionals while still being incredibly personable! The whole team managed to make a visit to the dentist an enjoyable time. I would highly recommend choosing them if you’re of any age, but especially younger like me and really learning how to do “adult” things like making your own dentist appointments, because they walked me through every step starting from the first phone call with their wonderful New Patient Intake specialist! Thanks to the whole team at Amherst Dental!

I highly recommend Dr. Humphrey without any reservations. He is a most caring and sensitive dentist who is so very compassionate. My mom used to have panic attacks when she went to a dentist. Under his care, she has lost her fear and made me a believer. After watching her I have chosen him to be my new dentist. I am sure that he will show the same compassion and support. He is an amazing dentist and psychologist who has deep empathy for his patients.

My first visit to this practice after moving to the area. Everything was efficient. My examination and cleaning were done professionally, with care, while receiving clear guidance and explanations. I am very pleased that I selected Dr. Chambers and Elena for my checkup and routine cleaning. Glad to have a dental practice that will meet my needs going forward.

Our family members have each had appointments with Amherst Dental since Covid started. We see Dr Perry and really like his bedside manner, his explanations and always feel comfortable asking him questions about any concerns we may have. Each of the hygienists are wonderful, giving lots of information and helpful tips as well as making the experience great. They are always calm, safe, efficient and kind. It is definitely worth the 45 minute drive to our appointments.

I happened to have seen three different doctors for past several years and all are very nice and truly caring. Especially hygienists are so nice, gentle and knowledgeable. Very pleasant every time I go there. Plus the receptionists are always welcoming and nice too. I switched to Amherst Dental about 3 years ago - what a good decision I made :). You won't regret.

Cannot say enough about this dental office! They are the absolute best! My whole family sees Joanne the hygienist. As for the wonderful doctors, some of us go to Dr. B and the rest go to Dr. C. Prices and fair and service is excellent.

The staff are friendly, the techs are professional and friendly, my dentist (Dr. Perry) is very skilled, knowledgeable and (you guessed it) friendly. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Love this place. I’m living in Boston for a year but I still drive back to Amherst for my regular cleanings and check-ups with Amherst Dental Group.

Because of COVID19 I had missed a visit. I could feel the plaque buildup on my teeth. I was grateful to get an appointment under strict safety protocols. Hygienist Kelly worked diligently on my teeth, for which I am very happy. I highly recommend Amherst Dental Group.

The office was very professional with Covid screening ahead of entering, temperature checks and entering and exits one way. Everything is cleaned in each area I visited. My hygienist was friendly and made the visit comfortable. My Dentist, Dr. Chambers, was friendly, thorough and professional. It was nice not to be rushed. Great atmosphere.

It is a dental clinic and its always no fun to get your teeth scraped, but the dental hygienists are as gentle as anywhere I have ever been. They also take the time to give you good advice that helped me take better care of my teeth. The clinic is great with reminders (text/email) and gets you in and out of appointments promptly.

We are very grateful to have found this wonderful dental office. Every interaction with every member of the staff has been positive, warm, supportive and professional. Dr. Bagdasarov provided a comprehensive assessment and plan to deal with extensive issues and is following up with precision. We have heard great things about all the dentists.

The office was totally organized for Covid in every way. Any hesitation I might have had about coming in disappeared when I saw how prepared everyone was, from being met outside for a temperature check and health questions, to a very short wait in The waiting room with just 1 other person. They answered all my questions about their protocols cheerfully and knowledgeably and my treatment was excellent, as usual. I would not hesitate to go again.

Highly recommend! I am a graduate student at UMass and I was reluctant to go to the dentist up until my last year of grad school (shame on me). I needed work to be done and the staff and dentist, Arsen Bagdasarov were wonderful. I had a couple of appointments with the dentist. I never felt like it was rushed and I appreciated that. I got 4 fillings and cleaning done over three appointments. I was here during the pandemic and felt like they had good protocols in place to keep the community safe. 10/10 recommend people to come here! :)
