Chili's Grill & Bar

It was not busy when we stopped for an early lunch (11:30ish). The server took our order and brought our food. Other than that, we didn't see him again until we tracked him down for our check. No, "is everything ok?", no "would you care for a soda/ice tea refill?" Food was good he was absolutely was not.

It is a good laid back atmosphere!! The food on the menu all look so good it took us a few minutes to decide, but it was well worth it. Our server was very knowledgeable regarding the food and was able to answer any questions we had. Overall a great place to bring the family.

I get to-go from Chili's more often than I'd like to admit, lol. Their black bean burger is great, and the 3-for-me deal is better than any fast food combo around. $13 for a burger, fries, drink, AND appetizer. Bruh, say lessss

I was kind of wary of eating here, but my family picked this place. I can actually say I haven't eaten at a chili's in 20 something years. The food on the menu looked good, and I ordered a Swiss cheese burger. It was excellent, one of the best I have gotten at a restaurant. Large amount of food and everyone in the family was really happy with their choice. The sizzling fajitas had incredible rice. Very highly recommended, and I will not hesitate to try chili's again.

We often order catering from Chili's for our staff and it's always delicious. The salads are fresh, full of ingredients and the fajitas, sliders, ribs have all been awesome! They always have our order ready at the time we agreed on and the price is pretty good for what you get. Would definitely recommend!

Chili's is consistently good. They're not vying for Michelin stars, but they deliver quality food, served by friendly staff, at reasonable prices in a comfortable environment. It's a winning combination

I had been avoiding this restaurant because the menu lists cilantro in almost every dish and cilantro tastes like soap to me. Our waiter was sympathetic and made sure to recommend dishes where cilantro was optional. The kitchen followed his instructions. No cilantro in sight! The food was great. I'll be back soon.

Live the Appetizers. Nachos with the Spinach Cheese Dip is my fav. Great value and delicious! Always happy with what I like there. If I try something and I don’t care for it, it’s on me, because it’s good but it’s just not My thing. Excellent food. Period.

Chili’s has been a savior to me during the pandemic. I’ve been ordering more takeout than ever, their curbside service is by far the best I have experienced. The app allows for easy ordering and has GPS, they are alerted that I’m there as soon as I pull into the parking lot. Service is fantastic, I rarely have to wait longer than I’m supposed to. One time I was pulling into a parking space and they were right there with my food waiting for me. The food is consistently good, and you get a lot for your money. The 3 for $10 deal is the best value around, why pay $10 for a lousy meal at McDonalds when you can get a great meal and a lot more food for the same price at Chili’s. The rewards club is also the best one I’ve ever found. I’m always getting free appetizers, free desserts, free kids meals. I can’t recommend this restaurant more, they’re doing a great job.

Food is good here for a chain restaurant. People who rate it low need to spend more money and go to a higher end restaurant. You can't go to chili's and expect gourmet then complain when it isn't. Bottom line, it's good for a quick cheap meal. The food is actually decent. Prices are hard to beat if you're not looking to spend much

We were in town on Saturday to catch a college game and were looking for a quick bite beforehand. Had been seeking out Wings Over Amherst but couldn’t seem to pinpoint its location, and found Chili’s instead. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the hostess/floor manager and directed to the bar area and some open tables. The place wasn’t too busy for 5 p.m. but there were several waitstaff moving around. Within moments the only waiter on-duty came over, introduced himself and took our order. Shortly after, the bartender came over and followed up with a friendly chat. We got our apps and beverages just a few minutes later and were able to be in and out in plenty of time to get to the game on time. High marks for our two helpers, and to the other staff and managers; all of whom were working diligently and had things well in-hand. I would def return here in the future and recommend it to anyone in the area.
