First time I've visited this Reservoir in 19 Years living in Western Massachusetts, The view is outstanding and relaxing.

I like visiting the Goodnough Dike road. There's a monument to the dam and a large walking trail. You can walk all the way below the dam. The view is incredible and looks north towards the Quabbin. Looking south is pleasant as it's all forest. Highly recommend. Easily accessible by bike if you park at any of the parking areas.

Nice views and several places where you can access the reservoir. Great place for a day trip. Since the reservoir is one of the main sources of drinking water for Greater Boston, no dogs and no swimming are allowed in the park.
