Coach USA is a particularly incredible company! Everybody we worked with was very professional and had incredible customer care. The method involved with moving was so easy using Coach USA movers despite how stressful moving can be. Our whole house was moved rapidly without harming anything. The movers were not difficult to communicate with and had an incredible energy day in and day out. Strongly recommend using this company! Worth the expense!

Awesome move and extraordinary help! They had the option to get me into their timetable perfectly and they were delight to speak with me on the telephone. They were exactly on schedule on my moving day and extremely respectful. They were cautious, speedy and efficient with moving all of my belongings from a storage to my new house. Coach USA Moving and Storage were on time, professional, everything was wrapped, labeled, and not one item broken. They packed up the big house and moved us in to a new place in 2 days. The first day, they worked 6 hours stopping for only a half hour break. During the unpacking the following day, the furniture was assembled and placed wherever we liked it. I would highly recommend them.

I had a perfect move, thanks to Coach USA! They were extremely careful with my furniture and they all arrived without any damages. They explained the whole move process to the Tee. They explained all potential charges and the quote was exactly what I paid at the end. They also re-packed my TV for free. The movers were worried that the TV won't make it without damage based on how I packed it. Great service!

Coach is a great moving company. I used them a few weeks ago. I spoke to a few other companies but got very comfortable as soon as I started to talk to Coach. They took the time to explain everything. Before the pickup, they contacted us and gave us some packing advice. Delivery was done and everything arrived in great shape.

We hired a broker for our move and the salesman said they will send us their most highly recommended moving company. Indeed they did! Coach is a very professional company. The guys who came to load my stuff on the truck were very hardworking and efficient. I spoke to Vanessa and Britney in the office several times and they too are very professional and attentive. They kept me up to date about my delivery. If I have to move again, I will definitely use Coach and will recommend them to anyone I know.

Super awesome experience. They worked fast and were very friendly, polite and good humor about all my stuff. They were extra careful with all my stuff as well. They have reliable and reasonable priced. I would highly recommend them.

Ron was the most professional mover I have ever met (I've moved 7 times). He supervised his two other guys and was very courteous with them. They all worked as a "team." Coach USA Moving has a great customer service department as well. They were very prompt with responses and very friendly. I booked my move with a broker and Coach was assigned to do my move. I found out later that you can also book your move directly with Coach. I have already recommended them to my friends and would like to leave my recommendation here as well for anyone looking for a moving company.

Moving is not an easy task to orchestrate with many logistics to coordinate. While we would love to have had a confirmed moving date and time specified a bit sooner (which we understand is easier said than done), our communications and moving experience could not have been better! The crew that arrived to load was very polite, professional and helpful. They took great care in wrapping items and making sure that nothing would be damaged, as though it was their own. I cannot say enough about how positive the experience has been so far. We are looking forward to our delivery date and another great experience upon delivery with Coach USA Moving and Storage!

The Coach USA movers called from the road and arrived promptly at the beginning of my time window. Just 2 (Sam & Richard), but they worked like they were 5. So very impressive. They impeccably wrapped my large furniture. Broke down and boxed my glass top kitchen table. Disassembled my large adjustable bed frame and packed the truck within my estimate. Not a word, just pleasantly went about their work. Never stopped until the job was done….a 7 room house! I just can’t say enough about the care, professionalism and work ethic of these two individuals. Absolutely the best! Thank you, JRowe

It was our first time moving so we definitely worried for all that could go wrong! But thanks to Coach USA they put all of our worries to rest when they provided a super friendly and professional experience. We honestly didn't know where to start or if it would even be done on time to be out for the new home owners. They came in extremely prepared with all the packing necessities and quickly but carefully packed everything in our townhouse for us in less than 4 hours! This was including disassembling the furniture that needed to be. My wife and I were beyond impressed!

Even though we could t go ahead with the move because they only do out of state moves they were very polite and informative.

This was my first time using a moving company. I was very impressed with how they wrapped up my items and all items were delivered without any damages. The crew that packed us up in Rhode Island and the crew that unpacked us in Florida were both very professional and I felt they treated our belongings as if it were their own. If I ever have a need to move again I would use Coach USA Moving and Storage without a question!

They helped me move from Chicago to Massachusetts, great and friendly customer support, very professional. They helped me disassemble and assemble all the furniture, went over the estimate. No complaint at all, will definitely use them again if I need to move

At first I was worried when my Broker told me that it would be Coach USA who was moving me for them because I booked with my broker not Coach. What a relief it was when Kemar the driver and his crew showed up and put all those fears to rest. I had a full pack for my whole 4 bedroom house and they finished in a little over 4 hours! Kemar was super polite and explained the whole process to me very well before he began to pack and load the truck. They guys were fast and very efficient while packing up everything I asked while leaving what I needed to stay behind. Delivery wasn’t the day I expected but it was within the window Kemar informed me of at pick up so I couldn’t be mad. Just had to live out of a suitcase for a few days longer. Moving across country was a lot but overall the guys and the process they have was excellent for me during this stressful time. I will definitely recommend Coach USA to my friends and family.
