It's such a great atmosphere in this location.
It's really great that there are televisions on with news and other programming.
Free Wi-Fi is available for guests. The food is really fresh and tasty, with the option to order with a clerk or at a kiosk.
The restaurant is very clean, and staff are very pleasant.
Delivery is available from Uber Eats.

Honestly pretty good food, and clean restaurant for a McDonald's. One of the better locations I have been to if we're being honest.

Wow have you seen the new self serve McDonald's. You walk in approach a screen pick your food pay and grab a number enter in with order and go sit down never talk to anyone then a few minutes later someone comes from kitchen and sets your tray on table.

North Hampton during lunch time, is the only McDonald's I'll eat at, on occasion. The workers are polite and great you with a smile and positivity. That alone is difficult to find now a days. They have never messed up my order. Considering that every fast food joint in my area messes up my order every single time, this is a big accomplishment. Food is exactly what one expects from McDonald's or should I say what you should expect. Good for McDonald's food.

The days we ate here were great. Food was good. Service could have been a little better.

this McDonald's is much cleaner and more proffessional than the one in Hadley

They let us use two coupons for free fries with our order. This was true flexibility. Also, bonus open late. I'm not in this area often but this was a good McDonalds the one time I went. The food tasted fresh and really hit the spot after going out.

The hours here are great, and I've never had to wait long for my order. I've been inside once and the place was clean, but otherwise I usually go through the drive-thru. Someone said no one ever answers the second drive-thru but that's not true. It takes a minute or two since the employee is usually taking someone else's order, and I actually like it that way since it gives me time to check out the menu. My order has always been great - especially my fries - so they get a five from me.

Had a very pleasant experience at this location. The food was delicious and the service was top notch! There was a mixup with my Dr. Pepper and the woman was extremely helpful with getting me the correct drink. The next time I’m driving on 91 on a Vermont ski trip I plan on stopping at this McDonalds location!

Love the new redesign of this McDonald's. The updated Kiosk for ordering, and the new activity table for kids is a welcome addition to this McDonald's. The staff or super friendly and helpful. Going through the drive-thru is a breeze and I especially like that you can see the order on the screen.

Wow, I was amazed when I walked into this McDonald's. I was just trying to take a quick bathroom break but after seeing the beautiful remodel, I knew I had to stop and get a snack. I ordered via the McDonald's app and within 3 minutes a cutie came and brought me my food with a smile. After a wonderfully prepared meal I remembered I was there to go to the bathroom. After the 20 yard sprint to the bathroom I made it just in time. The bathroom was clean and a pleasure to pee in. 4.8/5

Most well run McDonalds in the Valley. Lot of people that work here seem to be vets and even when it seems understaffed I get my order quick always.

They are not the quickest I've been to but they are far and away the most reliable. Unless they have 20 cars in line I can get my food in 5-10 min.

I had a MORE than HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE day.. decided to run away from home for a bite of comfort food..went to the drive thru and was greeted so sweetly with a great laugh and wonderful sense of humor. My over priced (and wierdly advertised) sandwhich was fresh and quick, but I honestly would have paid you le the price just for the kind, funny and sweet interaction I had with the employee!!!
Not saying every McDonald's is like this, but I know if I feel the need to escape the hell of my life, I hope that Eevee Bacon (and I LOVE BACON!!) will be working again so I can laugh and feel like a human after a hard day!!!

Love coming to this McDonald's. Clean. Friendly staff. Never a wrong order. And u can use the kiosk to place an order so the service time here is amazing as well. Hot and fresh made for every order or so it seems.

Sat in line for an hour and was greeted with the greatest double quarter pounder of all time.

I ordered at the counter. Amanda Marinez (I asked for the name) was fantastic! Everybody was busy and avoided eye contact.
She quickly dashed forward and said "Hi honey what can I get you today"? I was blown away by her "Customer Service Instincts". She took my order, asked me to take a seat, and brought me my food in a short time.
I lauded her on her EXCELENT Customer Service Skills. Told her to keep it up. I'm sure she will HELP put McDonald's and Herself AHEAD in the INDUSTRY. I will call the Manager and tell him about this young lady. She seems to have Leadership and People's Skills. I managed a busy Howard Johnson's Restaurant, in Brattleboro Vermont, in the 80's. Customer Service is still very Important.😁 I will keep going to McDonald's, and recommend this Store to friends and family.

Grabbed some McDonald's breakfast on my birthday... can't eat that stuff all the time but once in awhile it can really hit the spot, Northampton location is far as I've seen over the years kept clean, fresh, and about as good as you can expect McDonald's food.

ordered 2 mcchickens and a root beer, dude gave me 29 straws and a bunch of forks with my meal. felt like i was having a stroke. 10/10 would come here again
