Long story short , my father passed away in April of 2023. There was months and months of mis communication going on about trying to get his life insurance benefits payout. Finally when an agent (Cassie squires) called me to renew and go over my policy I told her I needed my father’s claim settled before continuing. She took it very serious and contacted her supervisor immediately (Nicole wright). They both took it very serious, updated my mother and I every step of her new findings, she got what nobody else could do in 6 months done in a matter of a week. We are so grateful for their work and dedication to helping a family like us get this done.

Met with Alli Ingraham and Katie Stafford, both of which were wonderfully friendly and kind! Katie mentioned she'd been training, and I could hardly tell, she was very professional and ensured I understood all of the information being passed onto me. I can tell that only the best of the best work here! I strongly recommend their services!

Mariam Alabi was very helpful to me the day she called me to review my policy. She was very understanding and professional. She toke her time to go over my options with me which I appreciated it that. I enjoyed talking to Mariam Alabi very nice women. I would Recommend talking to her again.

Spoke with Chris Caggiano last night regarding our current insurance coverage. He explained everything to us so we easily understood what American Income Life had to offer, it's benefits and coverage. Dana called us exactly at our scheduled zoom time and he was very knowledgeable with all of our questions we had for him.
