Osawa Japanese Bistro

My family and I go there regularly! Each dish is pretty consistent in taste, which is nice because if it tasted great last time, it would taste great the next time. Spice level can vary on the cucumber and fresh garlic sauce. They can get busy, so it can get a little noisy, but the wait staff are very pleasant and accommodating. The sushi is amazing! In general, 在都很好吃。Definitely a great place to go alone, with family, or with friends!

I had the Shrimp Pad Thai and all I can say is OMG!! Perfect blend of sweet & spice and everything nice!! A big thing for me is freshness and the shrimp was fresh and tender.

Great food but depending on who your server is, the service varies in quality and friendliness. Also, some servers have zero knowledge of the cuisine but willing to ask the kitchen about ingredients. Not service dog friendly but allow it in begrudging manner...again, depending on who is at the host station and who the server is. Overall, good place to stop in and enjoy oriental cuisine.

What a delightful place. Excellent service and wonderful food. If your local or just passing through- this is a must visit restaurant.

I'll admit, Japanese food is not really my thing normally, and being vegetarian, sushi is not usually something I can do, but they have a huge menu, and lots of vegetarian options, even for the sushi! They have awesome shirts, which they have for sale to the public too, featuring cartoony sushi, super cute. We went in pretty close to close, and there was an error in the order, but it's whatever. The guy put up with me changing my order and not knowing what we wanted, so props to him.

I am absolutely impressed with this restaurant. The food is delicious and has so much flavor. Even the oyster shishimi was good, you could taste the ocean shell fish. The Osaka roll is delicious and so filling. My husband and I ate to our fill here.
I love how they decorate their plates and food with style. The atmosphere is so peaceful and calm, very cultural.
Parking is on the side of the street but it is so worth it.
Prices are good and match the flavor of food.

I highly recommend to anyone who loves sushi or Japanese cuisine. I'm very satisfied

Had a team lunch today the new waitress did an excellent job keeping up with our orders. She was very professional and made us all feel welcome. Just an outstanding job for someone who just started there.

We’ve been ordering from Osawa almost religiously from DoorDash, and unlike other places that have DoorDash services, honestly it’s been amazing!! We love any of the sushi we get, it’s always fresh and super tasty, and all the accompanying side dishes like the chicken wings and gyoza are delicious. We’ve never actually been inside the restaurant, but they must work like clockwork there because our meal is always delivered so quickly in comparison to others, and every single order is the same amazing consistency. We highly recommend them!!

A friend and I went to lunch here yesterday and I just can't get enough of the Volcano Roll here!! It is so tasty!! Maybe next time I'll try something else. Service was good as well; they checked on us several times!! Very nice place!!

I'm new to this area, so I thought I'd see how the local Asian fusion is. I was not disappointed with their sushi. I'll have to come back for something out of the kitchen.
Service was great, food was fast and perfect. Just wish they had online ordering.

I’ve tried sushi at many places now and without this place has been my favorite. I loved every roll I’ve tried so far and my favorite has to be the Fire Dragon roll. Also the atmosphere and staff are both very nice. I always make a point to stop by here when I’m in the area!

AWESOME place! Great sushi with excellent portioning, definitely matches the price! A very classy atmosphere and polite staff. The drinks were delicious - my friend got the Asian Lychee Martini and it was delicious, definitely worth a try! We got three rolls each - from left to right the Spiderman Roll, Volcano Roll, G-Vegas Roll, Color Dragon, Snow White, and Passion Roll. We also both got a dessert, I had the Chocolate Truffle and my friend the Limoncello Flute. Would definitely reccomend if you are in the area and want sushi!

What an amazing place! As new transplants to the Ayer area, my husband, son and I were so happy to find this place on a nice Monday evening. Located on Main street in downtown Ayer, this restaurant is a great place meet up with family, friends and coworkers. Although Ayer gives you the small town feel, Osawa is super classy in decor yet down to earth enough to host Karaoke. My family and I will definitely be back!

Such great quality food every time we frequent here. The effort level of the dishes they put out is always nothing less than 100%. Some of our favorites are the crab rangoon- which are sweet & filled generously, the spicy and regular chicken wings, the chefs specials, and the sushi is extremely fresh- the quality of the fish is alway SUPERB.

Vegan friendly. Delicious food. Super nice staff. Takeout was good. I got there late to pick up takeout and the girl switched out the soup for me to get fresh miso soup (vegan because vegetable broth).

We are undying, loyal customers of Osawa - frequenting the restaurant for their lunch specials, but occasionally sampling other items on their vast menu as well. Everything we’ve ordered has been some of the highest quality sushi we’ve had in the region. A true hidden gem right in Ayer!

Always a great overall experience.

There were quite a few appealing choices for lunch specials. I had spicy tuna maki that was outstanding. The waitress was a bit distracted by her phone but was friendly. The decor is pleasant.
