Window World of Western Massachusetts

We used window world to install new sliding doors, garage doors, siding and gutters to our home.
We met with Linnea to plan this project. She was helpful, accommodating but never finalized our plans. We had a few issues but overall we were satisfied with the job. Seth and his crew worked very hard to put the vision into reality. The crew worked well together and we felt that we were in good hands. All the employees were professional and courteous. Ariel was excellent at installing our sliding doors he was clean and personable. I would recommend window world for your next project.

We were in need of 12 replacement windows at our home to upgrade from the single pane windows we had. The entire process from quote to completion was flawless, without stress with an absolutely stellar result. We love our new triple pane windows. Each contact we had at the office was polite and professional. The same can be said for the installation crew led by Bryan. Each of the install crew new exactly what they were doing and worked with ease and efficiency. The result was 12 beautiful new windows. Everyone we came in contact with was polite and professional and the product is second to none! We can't say enough about WW of WM and would recommend them anytime. Thank you WW of WM.

From the very beginning with Grace and Tim when we were just looking at the 3D images of our house and picking out colors, the whole staff at Window World was professional and helpful. They gave us lots of options and answered all our questions. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs with our very old and very NOT square and uniform house. Shawn came to meet us and explained everything in advance of the work beginning. Window World gave us two crews with the size of our house so the work would only last a week and not drag out. Seth, Cody and Nick installed siding, windows and doors to perfection. They were efficient and courteous. They explained all aspects of the work and answered questions along the way. They had the same crew daily and they always cleaned up after themselves each day and did a full cleaning at the end to make sure there were no nails or screws. The end result was absolutely beautiful! It’s everything we wanted and more! Everyone in town is stopping us to tell us how great our house looks. I would recommend Window World to everyone! They were professional, efficient and helpful and the craftsmanship is wonderful.

For those who know me I can be annoyingly critical on how work is done in my home. Today window world came to my home to install a sliding door, a bay window, a beautiful breezeway door and another outside door in my living room. To say that Ariel and his crew did a beautiful job does no justice for the actual work that was done to perfection!!! I am now having them come back to do all the windows in my home. I would like to say thank you to them 100 times over. For all the work they did today I don’t even have 1 complaint and that is the total truth!! Also today was the hottest day and they continued to work with no complaints. Thank you again window world and your fabulous crew!!!!

The team from Window World was nothing short of amazing! From the sales meeting with Val right up to the day of installation, everything was smooth and hassle-free! We had 9 windows replaced along with 5 basement windows. Ariel and his team were punctual, professional, courteous, and they even cleaned up everything spotless! I would highly recommend them. The quality of their work shows the pride they have in their craft. I will be having a door installed by them in April and I’m very much looking forward to working with Window World again!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Window World on a window replacement project, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The head installer, Bryan, and his team went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to perfection.

Throughout the installation process, Bryan and his team demonstrated the utmost professionalism. They were not only skilled and efficient but also extremely tidy. I was pleased they cleaned up and removed everything they had dismantled, leaving my yard spotless. I was thrilled that Bryan's team took extra care not to damage the plants I had in front of the windows being replaced. It's evident that they value not only the quality of their work but also the overall well-being of their customers' homes.

What amazed me the most was their speed and efficiency. They completed the entire installation in one day, which was impressive considering the number of windows that needed replacing. Bryan then took the time to explain the benefits of my new windows thoroughly. He showed me all the features and answered all my questions. A minor downside for some was they came an hour early and without notice. Thanks to my dogs, this is not a problem, as I am up early.

We love our new windows, wood tone on interior matches perfectly. They arrived promptly and had enough people to complete the job in 3 hours! A total of 17 replacement windows between 2 floors. Installation manager stopped by after work was completed to make sure that we were happy… Highly recommend if looking for new windows. A pleasure to deal with.

Jeremy and his team came out to replace a very old window that had cracked over the summer. The install was very quick and simple, and working with Window World from getting a quote to the install was a breeze. Very happy with their services!

Window World of Western Massachusetts delivered a top shelf installation for our windows. A team worked together and replaced our windows after removing our old ones. I can say the brief time we were without any windows was cold (it's January) but the team worked together and the new windows were installed in no time. I would highly recommend this company for your home improvement needs as well. We had some structural issues with our porch and the work they did more than met our expectations. We just had our roof and gutters replaced by Window World. We could not have picked a better company. We had Justin as our foreman for the job. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He kept us up to date on the whole process especially with this lovely New England weather. His crew was also friendly and very hard workers. My neighbor next to us said that the crew was very respectful and would take a minute out of their busy day to talk to her grandson who is 5 when they walked by after school. Our neighbor across the street loves the new roof and said how professional they were. We would definitely recommend Window World to anyone!

I don’t often write reviews, but when a company deserves praise, I will give it.
Recently, I had a large bow window on my house replaced by Window World. The installation crew showed up on time, and promptly got to work. And although it was a frigid 21 degrees outdoors, I never heard one complaint from them.
Since I possess some carpentry skills, I paid close attention to how the crew was doing their job. They were very skilled and professional, and it was obvious they came well-prepared. I was particularly impressed at how the crew custom fit new pieces of trim and roof soffits. It is said that a window is only as good as the installation, and I think the Window World team did a great job.
Throughout the window-purchase process, everyone I dealt with at Window World was courteous and professional. And in the rare instance of an issue arising, just contact Window World and they will take care of it quickly. In other words, their customer service is outstanding.
I will be needing some other windows replaced in the future, and I will not hesitate to contact Window World.

We were so happy with the 2 windows we purchased from them last year we decided to do the rest of are windows this year. Our installer Cody and his 3 team members arrived exactly on time as scheduled. They were all professional and respectful of our property. This time we had our front casement window replaced with a picture window and 5 others of various sizes replaced with sliders and a sliding door also replaced. Immediately we noticed the difference in the outside noise level and the difference in the light. Our house was left clean if not cleaner then when they arrived. We have had other well known brand windows in this and other homes over the years and None of them can compare with these, they say you get what you pay for and we highly recommend these windows and this family owned company.Next month our other 2 doors are coming and we can't wait and are sure they'll be great and installed with the same care.

Ariel and his crew did an efficient and professional job installing 15 new windows in our South Deerfield home. He was attentive to the few issues that popped up including some trim molding that was not installed correctly. Definitely could tell he took pride in the quality of the workmanship and will highly recommend to neighbors and colleagues.

Jordan the foreman for the siding and doors,Brian for the window install were very professional and on top of the crew with directions and needs. The crew were polite and professional. If we had a question it was answered. We were never treated as a nuisance with our questions. At one point we asked for something to be adjusted and snap, it was done. Thank you Window World! I Joe Vaughan had 4windows installed yesterday one with wood grain in side to match my other window in the living room and kitchen, look great, I want to say Bryan and his team did a great job I installed windows before in my sons mobile home, and seeing these guys working on my house, they where very professional, and Bryan did a great job with the finishing with the flashing that makes the whole windows look great Job, so I decided to order two more windows to be in
stalled that would complete the window project, I love the tent in the windows have, my son has an old colonial home now and the people before him bought it put cheap vinyl windows and has the gride in the class and I don’t think they are 4 years old and some have that cloudy leak I am going to recommend him window world I will always

Great! company cannot say enough about Window World. We had two skylights replaced and the workers were all top notch, very professional, and pleasant to work with. From the office when we called always making sure our questions were answered. Thanks to the whole team. Just to mention Cameron-project manager, Justin-installer, Nick, and Steven the sales representative. We will be hiring Window World again in the spring to replace two more skylights.

I recently had WW reside my entire house, in addition to turning my one season porch into a three season porch. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of service I received at every step in this project.
