This place is cash-only, doesn’t do reservations, and people usually have to wait outside (in their cars) until it’s their turn to come in. Since there’s only one barber, the wait can sometimes be long, especially during the holidays. But I’ve been a regular since discovering this place and give it 5 stars because the price at $23 and quality makes it all worth it for me.

Shane is a great barber! And I like the system he has in place, you wait in your car if another person is getting a hair cut.

I went to Anthony's for 30 years when I lived in Ashland. He is the BEST.

I was only living in the area for just under a year but was fortunate enough to find Shane as referred by my father-in-law and brother-in-law. Both had been coming to Shane for many years and it was a seamless fit for me. Shane is an exceptional barber with a lot of experience and it shows. He is awesome to talk to and works with you to get the perfect cut. I was extremely happy every time I left and my wife was always complementary (very important). Highly recommended for anyone in the area looking for a crisp look and an authentic barbershop experience with a friendly and knowledgable professional.

Looked for a good barber vs SuperCut who butchered me last time I was there.
I walked into Anthony’s and it reminded me of barber shop I went to as a kid.
I was at first skeptical but the more he cut the calmer I was.
He clearly knows his job and gave me one of the best cuts I’ve ever had! I love supporting local business and I will be going back to Anthony’s!

Went there last week for the first time. Only 1 customer inside at all times. You have to wait outside and will be called in. Very talented stylist. Had one of my best haircuts. Highly recommended.

I've known and gone to Tony's since I was a child 30 plus years ago. He still maintains one of the last bastions of what a hometown barber should be. The talk is just as great as the haircut, all the way down to the charm of the old town building he is located in. Tony has never failed to greet me with a smile every time I've ever been in and he remembers his regulars and things about them. And Tony's staff that he has is actually just as good as he is. He definitely takes pride in his business. The place can totally be kid friendly and inviting, or switch over seamlessly to an old school barber where one can shoot the junk, and no need to wait for Tony for the haircuts and shaves, cause his staff is just as talented and friendly, have always loved this place.

Went to Anthony's for the first time on Saturday and was happily satisfied. Great cut, just as I asked, at a great price. The shop is small and has a very down-home "towny" feel to it that is welcoming. As an Ashland resident this is my new go-to barber!

Shane is the best. Go see him if him if you want an excellant haircut. You wont be disappointed. He's friendly and courteous and the place is clean and inviting. Would not go anywhere else. Keep up the good work Shane!

Being New in town, I was looking for somewhere that I'd feel comfortable getting my hair cut. Genuinely enjoyed the experience. Joe made great conversation and even with a vague idea of what I wanted, he perfectly nailed it.

Best barbershop in town! great prices and barbers are very courteous. During the holidays the owner puts up an amazing winter village display.

I love the local feel to the shop. My boys and I get our hair cut and we are usually in and out pretty quickly at a fair price.
