Lousy weather and the guys did an amazing job installing a new rubber roof. I would highly recommend Seacoast. Courteous, reasonable price and very focused on detail. The guys even alerted me to a problem with my furnace and were kind enough to tar the new stack after furnace was replaced. Thank you Seacoast Roofing!

I am very happy with the three skylights Seacoast Roofing and Exteriors installed on my barn/studio. When I first enquired about this, Vincenzo obligingly came to my house to look at the proposed project. He recommended the right size and style for the building. I had to wait quite a while, but it was due to all the rain we had this summer. However, once the installers came - two extremely pleasant and respectful young men - they worked with great efficiency and accuracy. I very much appreciated that they consulted me on the placement of the skylights, with regard to spacing, etc. And on the same day it was all very satisfactorily completed. Then they showed me how to operate the remote openers, and lastly they removed all the debris from the work, leaving everything clean and neat. We have had quite a lot more rain since then and not a drop has leaked in. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you Vincenzo and all your team.

After a long search for a roofing company with a carpenter, we came upon Seacoast Roofing and Exteriors. We found them to be the most competent and most knowledgeable for what had to be done for our home.
Our lead carpenter Tony and his crew worked vigorously and timelessly from 7:30am til 7:30pm every day until the job was done. In every aspect of the job they went the extra mile to assure customer satisfaction. The quality of their work excelled in all areas of their work. Tony and his crew were exceptional.
Right up front after viewing the old roof they knew exactly what had to be done to correct the basic condition and install a whole new roof on our home.

I hired this company because of their reputation. I have a fairly new roof and needed a snow guard installed that I purchased. They took on the job at a reasonable price, and the work was done with great care and the end result was better than I expected. Very friendly people!!!

Seacoast Roofing and exteriors did an amazing job on the siding and roofing in my early 1900’s home. They were extremely detailed and it came out fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone. Had a great experience with Seacoast. I had a few roof leaks that they were very responsive to come check out, and took the time to explain the issue, along with pointing out an issue with my chimney flashing. They were communicative about working on the project, and quick to resolve despite all the crazy rain recently. On the days they worked on the roof, they fixed a couple other minor problems for the originally quoted price for the project! Very professional and left no trace they were there. Would definitely recommend.

Seacoast roofing performed two separate contracts for me -- one for a rubber roof and one for damages incurred to my asphalt roof following a tropical storm. They were professional, responded quickly and showed up when expected. The work was performed neatly, and in a very professional manner, with no mess, or issues. Management, the lead installer and estimator also kept in touch regarding the status of the work, provided estimates on both cost and time to complete. Even the telephone call to support was answered quickly with both email and text follow-up by management. The estimator and lead installer were extremely knowledgeable and offered options based upon my needs and budget. I would highly recommend them for any roofing or exterior needs.

They gave me updates along the way and were quick to communicate before, during, and after the install. After inspection, I found a professionally installed roof and my property cleaner than it was before they arrived. Wow. It has been a week since Seacoast Roofing & Exteriors, LLC finished installing my new GAF Timberline HDZ Hunter Green roof! Everyday since I wake up knowing I picked the best company with which to contract.

Working with Vincenzo, Gerry, and Creed reduced my anxiety throughout the entire process. Vincenzo visited often during the installation and he answered all of my dozens of questions. As a homeowner and ultimately curious person, he patiently gave me a clear understanding of every step of the installation!

It seems silly but everyday when the sunlight shines on my new roof, I love the appearance of the Hunter Green color. I also know that my house is protected from wind, snow and rain because the exceptional shingles were installed by a professional GAF Certified company.

Owning a nearly 200 year home has its challenges. I know Seacoast has the experience and expertise to do the job correctly. As usual with older homes, surprises always lurk in the unseen recesses of the house. Vincenzo informed me of surprising facts about my old roof that really required a knowledgeable company to handle. Imagine my shock when I was told that my home had three layers of shingles plus wooden shakes under everything! I am the only living homeowner to see the exterior of my naked roof in nearly a hundred years or more! Needless to say, the barn board roof had to be found under all of this old roofing: I was looking at over a dozen tons of debris!

Another fact I faced was that a new roof needs a continuous solid surface to ensure that every nail (6 per shingle) was driven into a solid substrate. The spacing between my old barn boards would not guarantee that every nail and therefore shingle was firmly nailed down. Another surprise I faced was the fact that I needed new plywood to cover the barn board and they needed to be nailed to my rafters!

One theme that kept reverberating in my thoughts: do it right the first time so I won't have problems in the future. If an installer had cut corners to reduce the work and costs, I would have unknowingly accepted an inferior roofing installation that would have given me headaches in just a few years!

With the correct installation of the multiple materials that go into a superior roof system - a complex integration of many products, I am truly satisfied with the workmanship of Seacoast Roofing & Exteriors. The expertly installed Ice & Water Shield, Underlayment, Starter Shingles, Snow Ventilation System, and Ridge Cap Shingles including new flashing and drip guards was an amazing process to watch!

P.S. Creed dropped by late in the day soon after the roof was completed. He drove from Maine to my house in Nashua. I asked to have a loose piece of scrap shingle removed from the roof; the wind would have blown it off. He remove the piece of shingle. Although the lateness of the hour, he asked me if I wanted him to remove a cable wire no longer active and remove a downspout. This kind of personal care is outstanding!

Vincenzo and his team were fantastic from the start. Kept his word, did what he said he was going to do, and on time. Also, they went out of their way to help me fix something on my house that they didn't have to. Just nice people. I'd recommend to anyone. Thanks Seacoast Roofing & Exteriors!

Hello my name is Andrew and I am a real person writing an honest review. I was nervous about the project as it was a major project at least to me. With a project this big and the money it costs I didn't want to get screwed and I can honestly say I don't feel like I was screwed or taken advantage of. It was well worth the money and Vincenzo and his team are great to deal with and their work is second to none and they went above and beyond.I was worried about hidden fees or something like that and the cost only went over a little bit due to some rot when they stripped off my siding. Exactly what was quoted is what I paid with I think within $200 to fix the rot. The task was to strip all the wood siding off my house and garage and replace it with vinyl siding and replace the windows 7 in the house and 3 in the garage and replace the 8 foot slider leading out to my deck. The job was completed a few months ago and I have zero problems, issues or complaints, everything is great. I mostly dealt with Creed and he was great to talk/work with about what was needed or going to happen. Tony and the crew/team that did the siding and window work were awesome very professional worked hard and long hours with excellent work and craftsmanship. I would like to Thank Vincenzo, Creed and Especially Tony and the team that worked with him. It came out perfect and I am more than happy how it came out. I will be using them in the future as the price was competitive with the other quotes I got and I don't know how the job could have turned out any better.
