A nice place to park. Fantastic location that's walking distance from downtown Salem.

Amazingly priced parking in downtown Salem! We had parked here from 8a-6p and it had only cost us around $9! The weekend price of $30 for a full day certainly isn't bad either!

My suggestion is that you arrive before the rush, as the lot can fill up quickly. Especially during October of course.

If you go to downtown Salem. This is a good spot to park. It's hard to find street parking, and if you do, it's typically metered.

Parking in Salem is not difficult to find, especially if you have ever traveled to a tourist destination. Arrived a week before Halloween 2022 (a Sunday) at 8am and had zero problems parking. It’s a great location for walking to all the Salem tourist events. $30 for the entire day and had a blast! Go early, get a parking spot and enjoy. Parking garage was clean and had staff walking around during normal business hours.

Stayed here from 830am-9pm, only ended up paying $9.75 on a Thursday in Salem. I can't get that cheaper from where I'm from. It was full by the time we came back to drop some stuff off around 11, but if you arrive earlier in the morning it's a great place located nicely in Salem!

Great place to park but it does fill up quick, so leave early. The EV chargers are free but metered, so don’t forget to feed them via the app

After 6 on a weekday it’s free to park and free to charge, which is nice to go grab a bite and get some charge. Chargers are 30a @ 208v or 6kw so not the fastest but not slow by any means

Cheap parking (in off season), helpful parking attendant, close to everything downtown, and clean public bathrooms on the street level!
