My husband and I both purchased a vehicle from Auto Mall last year, Our sales person was Addie we had a great experience Addie was full of information, and answered all our questions That we asked him and believe me there were plenty. He had all the patients in the world, very knowledgeable, and very kind. Service was impeccable. We love our vehicles and definitely will refer Automall to our friends.

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to this time due to the exceptional customer service experience that I had. Had an issue with the first car I bought from them, and they took it back and swapped it out for another car no questions asked. John the general manager is someone you can trust, the quality and pricing of the cars he has are the best in the market, and the entire sale process was very efficient. They also offer very fair values for trade ins, a great extended warranty plan, and financing was handled smoothly. I will definitely be back again in the future for any car that I buy. Worth your time! I arrived previous to open, they opened right on time. All the cars I was interested in were made available promptly upon request. Joe the salesman was very nice. I've been shopping for a used car for eight months now. Automall Collection was by far the best dealer I have dealt with in this process in both quality of vehicles and their professionalism. The whole buying experience was very friendly in a no pressure atmosphere.
