Edible Arrangements

I needed to send a platter today and was transferred to this Peabody store. The sweet lady that helped was amazing! And the deliverer Steve was so kind and helpful.. I WILL be ordering from this Peabody location again!

Great quality product, customer service outstanding. They contacted me to see when the best time for delivery would be, and where to leave the wonderful fruit, at the best time so I would be home from work soon , although the insulated bag that was used kept everything fresh and delicious. I cannot speak highly enough of this company.

LOWELL ST. I PEABODY EXCELLENT!!! I wrote the two girls working n stayed after there time by a few to make a sale. Which meant the world it was for a neighbor who died. N they gave me my senior discount n added 2 doves to arrangement. The wife loved it. I said make sure you n put n it in fridge. She said I'm digging into it now. So. Great job. To the girls who worked closing shift that night I have your names but uts down stairs n locked door. But i will shout out to you again with your names. And 100% BETTER THEN THE ONE IN PEABODY AT ROTARY, DIRTY, N HAD NO FRUIT TO MAKE DRINKS N THE 3 SAME DRINKS THEY COULD MAKE TASTED LIKE DIRTY WATER. THE FREE CHOCOLATE STAWBERRIES WERE BETTER THEN THE $6 DRINKS I WASTED MY $ ON.// THIS IS THE ROTARY 1 NO GOOD!!!

I came in near closing time on a Saturday for a box of chocolate covered fruit for a gift. They were out of boxes but the woman was kind enough to make up a fresh box for me even though they were cleaning up for closing. I have purchased several items from this store. Great quality and nice staff.

I ordered something for my girlfriend. Order arrived on time to her workplace. One item was missing so I called the store. The woman was very helpful and they refunded me the money for the missing item. Great service.

"This is very specific feedback for the particular branch in Peabody, MA I ordered from. My Mom passed away the same week I ordered an Edible Arrangement for my wife on a 10 year anniversary. That week we received 4 Edible Arrangements from different locations. The Peabody one was by far the best, the freshest fruit without wilted drip and bloomy chocolate that had obviously sat for a bit. It is a weird week when you get so much chocolate covered fruit. The Peabody branch was by far the best."
