Riverside Cafe and Diner

Look at that plate. Perfectly poached eggs over literally my new favorite homemade corned beef hash with a side of baked beans. So yeah, the food is amazing, the staff is very friendly and quick to serve. Very cozy atmosphere with views of the Merrimack River. So, yeah, this spot is the place to go. I'll be coming back for lunch/dinner.

Great place for breakfast or lunch. We were all able to order just what we wanted (Fenway omelet, burger, Riverside salad) and sat and talked for quite a long time. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in this bright and cheery renovated boiler house. Save time for a walk along the river. Plenty of free parking available!

Been meaning to stop here and glad that I finally did. We sat outside. Perfect day helped. The food was cooked to our liking. The server was exceptionally nice. Lots of great options to pick from.

My husband and I were pleasantly greeted by Angie who was attentive and sweet. We ordered the corned beef hash Benedict. The hollandaise was light and airy and the corned beef was crisp and well seasoned. Leaving us to believe they were homemade. It’s been a long time since we’ve been this happy with our server. Angie clearly takes pride in her job wonderful customer service with a beautiful smile.

Out of all the diners, cafe, and any breakfast place we have been too, never have we ever had a cook actually cook the peppers and onions in our dish. Other places just throw the veggies in. Not Riverside Cafe and Diner! They actually cook it and make everything fresh. We will absolutely be back. Thank you so much for your kindness as well.

A 10 for service and food! Dog friendly breakfast places are hard to find and the food being cheftastic makes this a place to go to over and over again (in fact, we are) Three umbrella-covered tables are outside and they brought our dog a water dish with a bit of ice because it was warm outside. I had the Crab Cake Benedict with buttery home fries and will probably do so again. Easy access and plenty of parking.

The breakfast here was absolutely excellent. The Canolie French Toast was delectable with large portion sides of bacon, sausage and hash browns. I was blown away by my friends strawberry 🍓 pancakes as well. Definitely make a trip to the Riverside Cafe and Diner if you're in the mood to treat yourself to an out of this world breakfast. The employees and servers were so nice too. I'm definitely going back soon👍👍👍

Wow, the peach tea is amazing! And the breakfast bowl was top notch! Our server Emily was awesome!

We love coming here. The food is always delicious. The staff is amazingly beyond friendly. They're exceptionally good with our children and I highly recommend.

We were quickly greeted by a friendly, welcoming James, who seated us immediately. Our server, Lee, was absolutely wonderful--charming, efficient, and oh-so sweet. I would've loved to invite her to dine along with us! We enjoyed our breakfasts immensely. The staff and the fresh, flavorful food combined to provide us with a superlative dining experience!!!

We love to come here for a quiet breakfast near the river. When the weather's nice we'll bring the dog and sit outside. Staff are all wonderful, food is great, prices are phenomenal, highly recommend the breakfast bowls!

Riverside Cafe was the prefect place for breakfast. The food was delicious. Marlene is a wonderful person and server and the atmosphere is casual and light. I highly recommend the Riverside Cafe.

We had an amazing breakfast and I really think this is an underrated spot! Omelettes were fresh and delicious, it seems like such a simple thing but here it is done so very well. It’s really cute inside and there is some outdoor seating also. Good coffee too, and Marlene was our server and she was so good! We will be coming back!

This is in my opinion one of my favorite places to grab breakfast in the entire Seacoast area.

My family and I go here every Sunday after we attend church and always look forward to it. The staff is very friendly and the food is absolutely phenomenal.

What a wonderful, cozy place! Three of us enjoyed a relaxed breakfast of perfectly prepared omelets, home fries, meats, and toasted homemade breads. Our server was very cordial and patient. We'll stop here again if we're in the area.

We always have to prepare for anything when bringing our little toddler hungry to restaurants. From the moment we sat down, we were greeted with smiles and a sweet plate of fruit for our hungry little girl without even having to ask for something to tide her over. The rest of our experience was equally excellent with delicious food and wonderful service. Highly recommend the breakfast bowl! Yum!

Breakfast menu has lots of choices & food was hot & delicious. It was hopping on Mother's Day & the servers did a great job! I have never been disappointed.
