Leary's Fine Wines & Spirits

Leary's the best liquor store in all of Massachusetts. Their variety is unparalleled & everyone there is so sweet and helpful. Andrew knows everything about every drop of alcohol that comes through that place, he's the best, with Stacey as a very close second. They also have a great deli and cheese selection. Come on down as they often have beer, wine and liquor tastings throughout the week.

Great place to find a nice selection of fine wines, craft beers and spirits. Great selection of cheeses and upscale appetizers. Bonus - there’s an Otto Pizza in the store to grab a pie for dinner if you want!

Awesome selection of beer, wine & spirits. They even had a non-alcoholic case if you are in need of a beverage right then (water, spindrift, etc.). We loved the vintage delivery truck parked outside. Plenty of parking.

Cool spot, large beer selection and a big wine selection with a tasting room. Plus a lot of cheeses and meats. All around good spot. Also home to Otto pizza, great pizza if a little pricy but worth it.

Great selection of booze, wine experts seem to always be on and are happy to help; picking out what you want here is like being helped by a friend, not a sales person. Oh, and pizza is on-site. If you don’t want it at the moment, you will after a few drinks so think ahead.

What a treasure! Never knew that they had such an amazing selection of cheese, caviar and so many other specialty foods. If your having guests, or want to fix a nice snack for yourselves and the family you have to come amd check out all the goodies in this store. Of course you can also pick pit a nice Cab to go with it, or any other spirit that moves you. And if some charcuterie isn't want your looking for you can grab a delicious artisan pizza from Otto located inside!

I'm loving Leary's wine selection and cheese shop. I noticed a distinct difference in the wine selection since Heather took over the wine buying program. The staff is friendly and well-trained, and Leary's will be my new go-to wine shop. Nice job and upgrade!

Great beer selection...always have the hard to find stuff and if they don't have it and you mention it to the staff, there's a good chance it'll be in in about a week or two. Staff is always helpful especially when you want to try something new. Their knowledge of beer is extremely helpful! I work in Newburyport making this a no brainer stop on my way home.

Great selections of wine and beer and very helpful staff. The wine tasting is also a lot of fun! Todd, the owner is a great guy who helps his community through fundraisers and letting the Girl Scouts sell cookies!

Probably the nicest wine & spirits store I've ever been in. They have an entire selection to make your own charcuterie boards with cheeses and meats from around the country and world 🌎. Great place . Friendly staff

The oldest wine shop around still has a great atmosphere. Nice selection of international wines and spirits at good prices. Nice selection of craft beers. The addition of the deli counter is a masterstroke with a fabulous selection of domestic and inyernational artisanal cheese and charcuterie. Worth a visit even if you ate not looking for anything alcholic!

I was there to return bottles and cans. The bottles always work when the machine is not full The cans, alcoholic sol., do not. The good thing is they will take them at checkout.
