Really great customer service! My washer/dryer had been out of order for weeks and I had several other companies come by and try to work on it before Nelson showed up. He was super kind, knowledgable, professional, and all around really great. He identified the issues in about 5 minutes flat and did a fantastic job on the repair. I'm super grateful! I would totally use Yes We Can Repair again, these guys really know their stuff. Thanks so much!

I highly recommend Yes We Can. We had a freezer issue. The drain line froze and was no longer draining. Nelson, the repairman, knew exactly what was wrong and worked very hard to get it all working again. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Should we need any other appliance repairs in the future, Yes We Can will be our go-to repair company.

Five stars is not enough to describe the level of customer service provided by this company this company is a multi generation family run company to this day and still actually cares about its customers. Yes we can was sent to me by my home warranty company to Check my air-conditioning system Ron was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my system and was able to order the parts and have them in within a few days which was greatly appreciated given how hot the weather was, I had to have them come back out just to make sure the system is working properly and unfortunately my home warranty company would not cover the service call Ron said that was completely Unacceptable and yes we can finish the job and did not charge me for the service call because they felt that my home warranty company should’ve covered it I am truly impressed with the level of customer service that you guys provide and will definitely call you for any future needs thank you very much

Our freezer was super loud and we couldn't figure out why. Yes We Can Repair booked our appointment within a few days of us calling, arrived on time first thing this morning. Once they heard the sound in the freezer, they immediately identified the problem as the fan and fixed it within 20 minutes. I overheard the technicians talking to each other throughout the repair, and I could tell they have years of experience, and they are very professional. Great service like this is rare to find in a small town, so I highly recommend calling Yes We Can to repair any appliance.

It's worth noting that this was my first time hiring this company, and I have no personal affiliation with them. I was shocked at the previous bad reviews so I wanted to share my positive experience.

Called to cancel appointment and they were fine about it. 10 minutes later they called back to tell us we owed them $40 cancellation fee. I understand cancellation fees but when making the appointment , they need to communicate their policies beforehand. Lack of professionalism.

Yes We Can Completely destroyed my fridge.
A ‘repairman’ from this company came to my house to repair my fridge. He was rude and unprofessional, spent a long time on his phone and said that he needed to leave to pick up a compressor for the fridge because he didn’t have one in the van. He returned 2 hours later, worked briefly on the fridge and said that he had replaced the compressor, and warned us to wait two to three days before putting food in the fridge ‘just to be safe’. In that time, the fridge stopped working again.
When another repair company came (again through Lowe’s insurance) they informed me that the yes we can repairman had cut and spliced all the wires to a unit that resets the fridge into working temporarily; that timeframe is conveniently 2-3 days. (Meaning that this repairman knew exactly what he was doing and did so maliciously, when he told us not to use the fridge for that amount of time)
The fridge is completely broken now, and i have been without a fridge for over 3 weeks thanks to this company. I am beyond disgusted with Yes we can and would not recommend it to anyone.

Let me start off with saying Stacy was great and that’s about it . The technician on the other hand was awful and beyond rude . He had me in tears kicking me out of my own room and calling me a liar . I finally kicked him out of my home . I called Stacy right away she was so kind . That evening I had a gentlemen (owner ) call me and he was also very very rude and not even I'm sorry or anything just an ok and told me that my warranty company will dispatch another company . He did not care at all and did nothing to even try to make it right . Stay clear of this company

These guys are awful. They are nothing short of rude and unprofessional. They make you feel like you’re lying and will even imply that eversource is lying.
They do not care about your issue or your safety.
