McDonald's

It's a small McDonald's but the food was great. Exactly what I expect from a McDonald's.

Love the steamed shumai and sushi, of course a great Mai Tai from Nelson!!!

My Big Mac meal was delicious, but my hubby said his chicken sandwich was dry and overcooked, and we each had an apple pie, both in the heater to long, the apples were just dry sticky goo. But I feel like they aren't getting as much business, so things sit a little longer. And the customers they get want weird combos and don't like to wear masks 🙄, so it's probably disheartening to work there.

It was McDonald's what can you say it was okay

My granddaughter loves the kids meal and knows just how she wants it. I've never had a problem getting her a plain cheese burger happy meal. She loves the toy she gets. I was surprised when one day we went thru burger King and got the kids meal and it had a cardboard toy and not one see could actually play with. We're never going to make that mistake again.

Some of the best workers ever. Always clean and nice. Opens on time. I just use the drive-thru but the employees are always very sweet. It's a real good McDonald's.

This is one of my favorite McDonalds. Not only are they the quickest drive thru, but they always have both order boxes and both windows open. One of the few McDs that had all day breakfast going way back, and still to this day, the quickest in and out. Friendly staff and easy parking makes this the spot to rock when you need a Happy Meal or whatever!!!

This is ridiculous. There is ONE person here that speaks fluent English. And it's the manager! Idc what language you want to speak, if you want to take orders from the general public in Massachusetts, can you please get some kind of grip on English? I don't care about race. This is a communication issue, and I would say the same regardless of color if it were blue brown or purple. If you can't take my order because you can't speak English, you shouldn't be customer facing.

We originally went to Burger King and the Burger King woman kept interrupting while we're trying to make our order so we went to McDonald's and we spoke with a very professional customer service person. Put in a order with no interruptions pay for the food don't receive their food quick easy fast

The drive-thru was very fast and efficient, but not the friendliest of folks. They can work on that, but it's forgivable given that the food was very fresh good. Much appreciated during times of COVID-19.

Always busy one of the best McDonald's there is food is consistently fresh

Needed a happy meal for my son.
Front counter person was great made sure I had everything I needed..
She also got through the line fast and with ease.

My McD's app wasn't working on my phone so I went in for help so I wouldn't tie up the drive thru and the very nice woman who took my order also went above and beyond to make sure my app was working before I left...Unfortunately I forgot her name but will definitely go back to this Salem location!!

Customer service is always great! Fries were cold but they replaced them immediately. Rest of the food was good

This location is always busy so the food is always fresh. At least from my last 3 visits

I get in and out quickly. Food always good. Where else can you get a breakfast go $2.00 or a lunch for $3.00???

We had a very large order and after a bit of a wait everything was as ordered and hot. No complaints.

This place has a television 📺 for people to watch while eating the food 🥘.

They are very nice the employees are very helpful and very nice and the place that's gone every time I be there it is always clean
