I wound up with a flat tire and went through AAA for a tow to the repair shop. Cameron from FE Brayton was there within 20 minutes and was wonderful! If I could give more stars for him I would.

Used their service thru AAA.I needed to tow a vehicle to my mechanic. Driver was on time and did a great job towing to a tight spot.

Brayton is area AAA franchise. Today they came to.tow me to Braytons to find out why my 2013 GMC wouldn't start. Justin, the driver and mechanic, was determined to get it to run since it turned over while sputtering but would not start. Justin kept on it until he finally got it to start and eliminated the need for me to have it towed, be without car all day, and I was so pleased for his dogged determination to help. Justin, thank you for your excellent customer service and taking time to explain what u think was the cause. Keep up the great work Justin and Braytons!

The Technician name was Samuel C.he went far & beyond I expected!!

I thought I was needing my car to be towed but Samuel wanted to make sure that was it & cleaned out my battery & also lubricated certain parts of my car that he noticed was needed.

He made sure & started my car & turned it off about 6 times b4 he left!!!
I wish there were more people like Sam in the business world!!

F.E. Brayton. Towed vehicle in doing so, his men showed a high level of professionalism and knowledge of vehicles. I feel very much at ease with them towing my vehicle and would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to friends and family. For the app towing needs along with mechanical needs.!

I have nothing but a great experience with these guys. When I call AAA for roadside assistance they are the ones who get dispatched.
I've seen some negative reviews, and a lot of positive one and my advice would be to make up your own mind if you want to go with them or anyone for that matter.

And to the person who spent a lot of money when he just needed some gas. Your car has a gas gauge ,how could you not know you were on empty. And you should really learn how to check your own oil. Oh, and one more thing when your engine has no oil you'll seize the engine and it doesn't start and won't cause you have recked the engine.

Service is great, if they are fixing your car, if they find more wrong with it they ask if you want it fixed or not.
Never makes you feel you do not have a choice.
Choice always is mine.
But when they fix your car, it's Fixed!

What a great experience I had with Steve from Braytons. I was broke down on the side of the highway and he showed up expecting me to be cold. He had the heat on for me and made sure I was ok and safe. He arrived quickly and loaded up my car even faster! He then helped get my car exactly where I needed it. Again, what an amazing experience! 5 stars all the way!!

Got into a jam on my motorcycle with a bad battery . Stopped for gas.. you know how this story goes .. go to start up and go but no startup.. called them up and they sent a truck over super quick .. not only did they come once they came twice .. I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot and I stalled out like a rookie..
Been riding for a long time and this was a first and definitely going to be the last time that’s happens .. if it does happen again, atleast I know who to call!!! :)

Called today for a tow. We have aaa. I have utilized their services on many occasions for towing. They have always done an excellent job. The respond quickly and professionally.

I've called Braytons for towing 5 or 6 times. They are always punctual, professional, and friendly. I won't use anyone else!

Just want to thank Joey who responded to my AAA call. My battery was dead and I was so relieved when it started. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you again for great service.

Exceptional employees make a huge difference when you're dealing with tows and car issues. Feels like you know them. This is a place you don't have to worry about getting scammed at.
