Best Real Estate expert ever!!! We were a first time home buyer. Debbie and Phil took their time to understand our needs. Debbie sat down with us and went through every single details possible. She even thought of things we did not know existed. We were not prequalified when we had started the process. She connected us with people who were very prompt and got us qualified. She accompanied us every showing even in rain and bad weather. Phil made sure to be present for our home inspection or any other technical issues. Even on days when they were not around, we had Abigail helped us through the process. We never felt left alone.

We had a different Real Estate agent before Debbie. They were keep sending us listing for town that we had no interest. We liked Debbie, Phil and Abigail right away. We know friends that been in the market for months. We were barely in the market for month and half. She found the home we needed. She made sure we had the first priority on the house before she spoke to anyone else.

We had been advised against duel agent situation. Even thou she was the seller’s agent too, we never felt that she was not working for us. She was able to close for us on a price lower than the asking price.
