My wife and I have used Best Buy in North Dartmouth for my vehicle and media room on separate occasions and both times we had them fix the work other companies attempted before them. I learned the hard way just have Best Buy Dartmouth do it right the first time. The team that arrived on schedule with a heads up call 20 minutes before treated it like it was their own home. I couldn’t be more impressed with their ability to do installs correctly and in such a professional manner. The overall customer service experience was a great. Michael and team were awesome and walked me through the products features and set up. Highly recommend this locations.

Had to buy a new laptop which can be daunting. Tony was really awesome!!! Very helpful and patiently answered a lot of our questions intelligently.

Excellent TV installation! Had the Dartmouth Store Geek Squad install my new Samsung Frame TV. They actually sent a three-person crew to my garage to make sure it was installed correctly due to the cement block walls that the mounting bracket needed to be secured to. The crew was very professional, a total team effort. Even stayed a little later too show me different features on the TV. I would rate more than five stars if that was possible! Thank you again for the great service.

Best experience in best buy with young guy his name lars, at first i almost wasn't be able to make it. because someone told me that product that i wanna order not possible to get and seem like i have to giving up. And lars came and asking me to assist and he search and he doing well in his job, and he was helping me place an order successfully. He is really knowledgeable/helpful and professional. To be honestI really need this product so bad for the gift and he could help me get it on time i'M really happy with the service and manager super sweet. I can say good business.

I've heard horrible and great things about best buy for pretty much my whole life. I personally have had no problems with them. Everybody always seems to know what they're talking about and they help me as soon as I enter the store. I have their total Tech plan and it covers pretty much every electronic I have, super worth it. I'm not a huge fan of supporting big corporate companies but I just have had nothing But good experience is with Best Buy. I'm one of those rare few people who also likes physical media and ive always had good experience with getting video games even special edition pre-orders on Day one of their release where as gamestop has given away my preorders or screwed them up. They always have good DVD sales too if you're into that sort of thing.

Customer service on point. Really good trying to get you what you need, and they don't pressure you into anything.

Best Buy around all the people know what they're talking about in there. You can always rely on their answers to be correct. The management team is always willing to help customers in any situation. The Geek Squad is so knowledgeable and friendly as well if they don't have options in store. You can always have them order an object for you and have a ship there and pick up later. Best place to buy appliances hands down. I will never buy appliances anywhere else ever again. You can get your home theater stuff there. You can get your school computer tablet phones from there. You can get car audio from there as well as gaming and appliances.

If you need help with home or auto security, Sam from the geek squad is your man! He helped us during a very stressful time and helped prevent future headaches. Outstanding sales and installation service.

I went with my nephew and son on tax
free weekend to buy a TV. I ended up
buying a TV, i phone, Apple Watch and a
MacBook Air. The person that helped us
was Rachael D. She was absolutely
wonderful! She made this large purchase
easy! She had even said that if the info on my old phone
hadn't transferred to my new phone
within the next 5 days from my purchase like it should that I should
come back to the store and to have
the salesperson call her because she
knew about my purchase. It was her day
off!! If she is not a manager she should
be!! I highly recommend Best Buy in
Dartmouth and ask for Rachael D.

Had an appointment to replace the screen on my iPhone that I made through Apple. I wish I knew the name of the guy that fixed my phone because he was AWESOME! He was very professional. I was prepared to pay to get my phone fixed, and he informed me that the repair was covered under the warranty! I am super happy with the service I got. My phone was all done in two hours.
