One of the best customer experiences I've had. Jade the cashier was courteous and asked if we had the app to save some money on our purchase. She took the initiative and asked if she could set up the app and got every coupon she could to save as much as possible, and she did it in the nicest manner with a smile. She's certainly an asset to the store.

I had such a great experience at the printing center. Thank you Jake for going above and beyond! I was having trouble with the self-service printing for a last minute project and he recognized that, offered to help, was patient while I sent 20+ emails to him, then he organized everything to be in the right order, with a smile on his face! It was a lot and I really appreciated the help!

I am very happy with the Fairhaven store. The cashier (2037247) was patient, and kind to my mother. Thank you so much for such a wonderful costumer service! God bless you, we need more people like you.

Fairhaven Staples has several excellent employees and 2 stand out in particular...REBECCA in Print services has assisted me several different times. This smart girl is not only friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, she has creative talent and great suggestions. I do hope she is appreciated by Staples management.

best service i’ve ever received! fast and efficient would go here for printing again !! was a little confused on how to get my photos printed but i got wonderful help from JAKE who was very knowledgeable about the print and marketing process and my prints came out perfectly!

I was assisted by an associate named Jade. She helped me download the Staples app to get coupons for recycling ink cartridges. She was very helpful.

My most recent visit- A gentleman that works there showed me directly to two items I was looking for, after asking me if I needed any assistance. The female cashier was polite, and helpful. She easily did a price match for me, hassle free and quickly. Also, she pointed out a survey giveaway opportunity on the receipt. The store is always clean, with neat displays, decent prices, large stock, and unique office and school supply finds. I've gone every week since Back To School sales have started and have no complaints, so far, except maybe they should have a larger stock of low priced sale items or quicker restock availability so more people can take advantage of the sale price.

Staples printing customer service was extremely helpful and friendly while we printed items for a large event. Best customer service. They went above and beyond and even called to check on what was an obvious typo, which was very helpful! Thank you!

This Staples by far has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Today, David and Styles worked with me to get business cards just right. Not easy to do online. I appreciate their help and patience.

Amazing people working in Copy & print. Friendly, professional and (more important..to me), knowledgeable. Whatever issues I might have are immediately addressed and corrected. I've been using this store for over 15 years and I have gone through more store managers and assistants than I can count, along with a fair share of C&P associates, but they always seem to get replaced with people who are as good or better. I'm a professional photographer and get much of my large format printing work done here. I couldn't be happier.

Had a great experience with their printing department. They slipped up on an order, and offered me a full refund even though they fixed the issue promptly. The staff were all very friendly and full of smiles. I don't expect outstanding customer service from large chain stores, but Staples delivered!

I go to the store about three times a month to buy stuff I don't like to really buy online I like to have it when I can get it. I have always found the staff friendly non pushy and helpful. There's always one guy I think his name is Brian would red hair always helpful especially with the computer stuff.

Unfortunately these kind of box stores are going out of business because of online cheaper rates but I do prefer to do it in person if I can I've always liked Staples but I'm posting this review of Fairhaven today because of the treatment I got in Fall River and how ridiculously stupid is compare the two of them.

That being said I will continue to go to the Fairhaven location for the professional courtesy that they give their customers and thanks for the people in Fall River I'm going to have to go there today and buy a laptop

Huge SHOUT OUT to Kyle on check out today in Fairhaven, MA. Not only did he set up the new Staples App, he linked it to my rewards, he got rid of the old app ....and he solved the touch sensitivity issue on my Galaxy Note that cropped up with a recent screen protector change!!!! I did not realize there was a solution - TY KYLE

Staples Print and Marketing offer services that go a step above and beyond. After having issues with some ordered prints, Fairhaven Staples' employees found me a quick an easy solution. I highly recommend and will definitely return for business.

Had lg photos copied and they were done quickly and the price was great! Thank you to Heather who was very nice and helpful with that as well as helping me to make copies of some important papers.

Staples price matches competitors including website prices(+ 10% of the difference off). Walmart won't even match own website prices. Would have to order product online and have it shipped to store in order to get for lower price(even though they have it right there in store). They lost a sale. I'll continue to use Staples for any office supplies/computer electronics needs in the future.
