Big shout out to Erika Madden and The Star Drive-In - I won the Lobster/Clam Boil for 4. Everything was delicious! Nice and hot when I went to pick it up. The place was very clean and the staff was super nice.

You and your food are nothing short of amazing! The kids are already asking when we are going in for ice cream!

Excellent experience time and time again. Everything on the menu is absolutely delicious, the service is always very friendly, good comes out fast and hot, and outdoor dining is plentiful. Even over the winter there's a good amount of indoor seating as well. And don't forget the car shows in spring through fall adding to the fun of visiting here. A great place for the whole family.

I love their fish and chips and the seafood platter. I have had the grilled chicken sandwich which is delicious. I have had multiple of their soups which were amazing and I have loved getting their random specials like sheppards pie at times. I only wish it was closer so that during the colder months I could get take out and get it home without it getting too cold so I stick with soups and sandwiches mostly in the winter months. Chow mein sandwich is amazing. I get it deconstructed so I can get it home without the bun getting all soggy. They are very accommodating if you ask for anything specific.

Made a special stop at the Star on our way home from the Cape. The steak sandwich was awesome and the fish sandwich was the best ever. It was really hard to pick, as there is something on the menu for everyone. 10, yes TEN homemade soup choices! 😊
Even saved room for some tasty ice cream, even though choosing a flavor was a challenge- so many choices. We will definitely be back.

Star Drive In has an incredible and expansive menu! The food is fresh and delicious! I moved to area years ago and have gone a few times recently, each time very impressed! Service and employees are friendly and patient! The owner, Erika Madden, is amazing! She not only runs a business, she is constantly giving back to the community! Great place, excellent food & service! I would highly recommend to anyone who hasn't visited yet! We'll definately be back very soon!

We love Star Drive-In. I no longer live in the area but my family knows if we’re heading that way, we’re going to STAR! My favorite is all the homemade soups, chicken and wild rice is my go to, but thankfully they offer soup flights! So you can try more than one, my son always has to get ice cream and my sister can get gluten free options and still indulge like we did as kids. We love the movie nights outside and try to make at least one every season. Everyone is always kind and the old school feel is the best part! I highly recommend bringing the family there for a bite if you’re in the Taunton/NB area. Thank you Star Drive-In for the memories I will always have, you never disappoint!

I worked relatively close to Star. First time I ordered from them was in 2021 and have raved about them since. Their food is incredible, their employees are sweet and they began to pick up who I was by my order and when it came to putting a name on the order - they already knew. Theses employees always have a smile on their face and make it welcoming to come in. I always recommend people to try their food. 10/10 establishment. Keep up the great work Erika and crew.

What a fun place. We visited for the first time last summer and it was a blast. We saw Jaws and the Toy Story Light Year movie. Watching from the car is fun and different. I like that they have food (which is pretty good!) but also allow you to bring your own snacks if you wish. I want to return in 2024.

Always a great experience. Service is outstanding and the food is delicious. Star burger and clam boils are very tasty. Clam cakes and chowder is always a top choice. Indoor seating is limited, but they do have picnic benches and there is plenty of parking. AAA+

Went today for the first time, and definitely will be back! Great service! I ordered the soup flight. I couldn't decide on what to get so much deliciousness on their menu! The best soup I've ever had in my life!

Everytime I stop at Star Drive-In it is a wonderful experience. Extremely clean, organized and extremely friendly staff. The menu is amazing and fresh seafood! I as well as my family go weekly and highly recommend! Never disappoints!

Grew up on County St in Lakeville and nights here were a highlight of my childhood. Moved away and recently moved back and it’s better than I remembered. I figured I’d drag my kids out for some nostalgia and we’d spend some time together and was pleasantly surprised food is as great as I remember and summer nights here have become a thing anytime we’re nearby

what a great spot.. the food and service is fantastic. the food is made to order. fresh and hot.. some of our favorites are the Seafood Platter, The Joey Rapoza Burger, Chicken tenders. Fried Dough, The ice cream, the Dole whips... soo worth the trip

I was visiting family in Massachusetts and they suggested we go The Star Drive because the food is great. I thought that was a little weird but we all loaded into our cars and headed off.

I own several businesses that serve food so I am hyper aware of things like cleanliness, service, food quality and atmosphere.

The Star Drive In was an incredible experience. Every single one of us loved the atmosphere and felt so appreciated by the staff. The cleanliness was excellent and the food was delicious, prepared well and all of the food was delivered as ordered. No mistakes.

We will definitely be back next time we are visiting family. Thank you for a fun experience.

Went here for the first time just before Christmas. OMG the fried scallops were out of this world and I know fresh scallops because I dated a "fish and seafood" salesman for 13 years and now I know a thing or two about fresh fish, seafood etc. So there's nothing fishy about my review🤣 Head on down to "Star" and bring your tastebuds.🦐🦞🦀🐙🦈 you won't be disappointed!!!!

I wish I got a picture but I got the soup flight and a quart of corn chowder to go and it was amazing!!! I’m a chowder snob and the clam chowder was so good! Can’t wait to take my daughter here in the summer to run around outside

The star drive-in is a hidden gem! They kept everything original. They still do car meets and Halloween events, and the food is to die for! I would recommend visiting and supporting this business if you live anywhere near East Taunton!

Found this hidden gem by accident, and it definitely didn't disappoint. They had trunk or treat and some classic cars. It had that 50's vibe. I had a cheeseburger club and onion rings and it was on point. The rings were hand battered and perfectly seasoned. I'll definitely take the trip out again to try their seafood which looked and smelled amazing

Walking in to The Star Drive~In was like going back to yesteryear. Was met by a bubbly server who was a joy to talk to. I went with the corn chowder; that's a must have! Fries were perfect! my raspberry lime ricky brought me back to my kid days: delicious! I tried for the first time the chow mien sandwich. One word: WOW!!! It was phenomenal. Planning on bringing my kids & grandkids in the very near future. A little slice of Heaven right here in ew England. Thought it was awesome that there were Girls Scouts inside selling GS cookie (yes, of course we bought some). You feel right at home as soon as you open the door.
