My wife and I just purchased my first camper at Camping World from Ramon Noriega. I could not have asked for a better experience. We explained to Ray what we were looking for in a camper and he showed us many different models that they had on site. All of the campers were in very good condition and all had something a little different to offer so we could narrow it down. He was very knowledgeable in everything RV's and helped us decide which camper was best suited for our needs. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with what we chose and even followed up with us when we visited the store the following week. If you are thinking about purchasing a camper. Ask for Ray, you will not be disappointed!

Amazing service department. Don F. was so helpful and thoughtful in talking through the negative camber and uneven tire wear issue we were experiencing on our trailer, not hesitating for a second to jump in and take a look under the trailer for us. Highly recommend!

We bought our fifth wheel today with Sarah and she made the whole experience fun and painless. We recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and no pressure sales person!

I recently purchased an RV from camping world the experience was very professional, everyone was kind and courteous I definitely will be telling my friends to go there if they're looking to buy a trailer or RV, I highly recommend them.

We purchased our Camper here. And so far it's been a great experience. To bad it was a short summer. We'll break it in next year. Need anything done with your Unit GO HERE! . They love the challenge. 😉. Great bunch of people 😆.

We bought a beautiful travel trailer from them. They were extremely helpful and we are definitely satisfied customers.

Great sales staff, found the exact unit I wanted and had it on site from NY in just days. The service crew were on it within minutes of it's arrival and the walk through was great. They even spotted a few minor issues and were already on it before I even noticed it. Price was the best around and trade in value was the same as everyone else. I spent a year researching this and I'm blown away by the quality of my new Montana!!

Just wanted to add an update on my experience. Purchase was a breeze and took no time at all. I added a washer and dryer, 200 Watt Solar system and Slide toppers to my New rig. Sales and service have been keeping me informed at every step concerning installation with Emails and phone calls. Lori in sales and Anita in service have been an absolute pleasure! 5 Stars! They even took my camera system from my old Rig and installed it on the new one NO CHARGE without me even having to ask!! Now that is SERVICE!!! Last and most important, when I walk through the place everyone takes a moment to shake my hand and say HI or wave from the office if on the phone. Keep up the good work!!!

Stopped in here to look at some options, and was amazed at how many different campers they had. Was lucky to be paired up with Barbara who showed me a bunch of options. She even introduced me to the GM Jerry who was outstanding. Super funny and extremely helpful. I highly recommend if you’re in the market for a camper to stop in here. Ask for Barbara or Jerry, you will be super impressed. They earned my business, just don’t armwrestle Jerry for it, he is a world Champion.

Great experience very patient. My husband and I looked at about 30 campers and our sales rep Lori was great So many to choose from.The inventory is amazing and they leave you alone to browse. All the campers were unlocked which makes for a great shopping experience! So happy with out purchase!

Helen in the parts department here at camping world is a life saver! I have a 2000 travel trailer and I was able to bring her my blown up starter capacitor for my AC and she had a direct replacement after the computer said they didn’t have it she went out back to look for a run capacitor for me and found the starter capacitor I needed while she was back there saved me from canceling my month camping trip so happy with her thanks again.

Camping world, great place. LaJoy is the sweetest. She is knowledgeable, honest, listened to my concerns and really felt like she cared. Great customer service.

Not to mention the massive American flags CEO Marcus Lemonis loves to put at all his locations is the perfect patriotic touch !

I had a deal with another dealer and CW of Berkley was able to match it and give us a great deal on our trade. Lori was very professional and went over some similar RVs with us so we could be sure we were picking the right camper for our family. Ian the finance manager worked hard to get us a great loan at a great rate. We were very happy with our deal. I would definitely recommend at least talking to them and seeing what they can do.

We just purchased our dream camper, and were so thrilled with the staff at Camping World of Berkley! We worked with Barbara, and she made the process seamless. She took her time with us looking at the different models, and we did not feel pressured to purchase at all. I highly recommend the staff at the Berkley location, they were all wonderful!

Horrible service!!!! didn't return calls. Stood round talking to other employees while I waited to be helped. Had no knowledge of part I needed. Made me feel I was bothering them. They didn't want to help

Just left Camping World of Berkeley. We went to go look at campers and did not have any intention of buying. We found Brian Norris and he was so helpful and not at all your typical “salesman”. He was sweet and not at all pushy. He listened to everything I said and took it all into consideration. He never pushed anything on us at all! Next thing you know we were doing paperwork! Brian was so great and easy going. I would recommend seeking him out if you’re looking!

Our first camper buying experience low keyed and laid back. Our sales associate, Lori Enos was knowledgeable considerate of our needs first time buyers. See initially listened to our needs for size and pointed to a limited inventory that met those needs. A great salesperson. The whole experience at Camping World of Berkley was fun. There was no pressure to buy and made it easy for us to decide what was best for us. The entire staff was helpful. We did end up making a decision to purchase.
