I don't understand or agree with the negative reviews herein. which may be somewhat explained by being outdated (1-4 years old). I have found the administrative and medical staff to be attentive, responsive, courteous and well qualified. We are fortunate to have their service in our community.

My aunt was nurse they dont get enough credit everyone knows there the back bone to any facility happy holidays

I think they are great! We get our physicals done here and they are wonderful. I like how they are straightforward and to the point. I'm thinking about making them my PCP, we'll see.

Usually not a bad spot, I’ve gone there for years now. Only annoying part is, is that on google it says they open at 8; I try calling around 8:10ish and the automated voice message says they don’t open until 8:30. Not very cool in that sense.

Today, my newly first time pregnant sister, called to make an appointment with her doctor and find out what steps she needed to take. A nurse called her back and told her that since she was only 5 weeks along that ‘she is barely pregnant’ and that it is likely she will lose the baby anytime between now and three months so no one would even bother to see her until then. WHAT THE HELL IS THAT? Horrible horrible way to treat and talk to someone who is going through pregnancy for the first time. And also NOT TRUE. Disgusted by the lack of empathy and compassion.

I had to call today to reschedule my daughter’s appointment for her 9 month well check. I called twice and was put on hold for extended periods of time, and then once the phone began to ring on their end, it just rang into infinity with nobody picking up. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If it was not the only primary care in amesbury, I would not go here myself.

Impossible to get through. Staff is rude. I've been going there for years. Luckily Im healthy so I don't need to go. Recently had a health scare. Left four messages to speak to doctor, no response. Looking for new pcp

This is the worse doctors office maybe in the history of the world. Do yourself a favor and leave if you go here. ZERO STARS
