Hampton Inn Amesbury

Wish I had taken more pictures to show but I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during a 3 day conference. The staff were friendly and supportive throughout my visit, especially the kitchen staff. They were super helpful in dealing with my food allergies, diligently assisting me in checking all food labels. The rooms were clean, fresh, and well-maintained. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Overall was great, absolutely would book here again in the future if in Boston area.

Booked one night for work.

Parking wasn't crowded, check-in was smooth, very very clean room and bathroom.

Only negative is I got late check out until noon, had my do not disturb sign on the door, and told one of the housekeepers in the hallway that I was ok and no need to be bothered.. and yet around 11:20am someone tried entering my room.. I had the lock on where you can't open.. a housekeeper asked when I was leaving and left me alone when I said I'd be gone by noon.

Besides that, exceptional and friendly service from staff, really clean and quiet, not crowded. Perfect for work travel! For sure can recommend and I would stay here and not look elsewhere for future bookings.

Update Feb 2024... this is a well managed hotel. We have a lot of choices, but this Hampton Inn is dependable.

Clean! Our room was well prepared for us.
Also...we had an incident with forgotten belongings. The staff secured them and helped us get them back later the sames day. Really appreciate professionalism like that.

Everything about that stay was perfect. The front desk girl Katie gave us our dinner recommendation location for each of the three nights we were there. She was so pleasant. The morning breakfast offered had so many choices. And the fitness center made me wish I had treadmill like that at home. Very nice equipment.
We needed the soap dispenser replaced in the shower and it was done promptly.
We would definitely stay hear again.

I came for a wedding in the area. Kim helped me after leaving my key moving in and taking out my DOG, yes they are pet friendly. I tried to grub hub food late at night and I mean late. With a smile Kim helped me with some snacks and more. If the location isn’t for you the staff is worth the stay.

The room was perfect. The amenities were great. And best of all, the staff were courteous and friendly. I will definitely come back to this location in the future.

Poor follow up when asking for the hotel manager to contact me about an issue with my stay!
I would recommend if you have any issues when staying at this location you will not get any assistance.

Recently had an overnight visit to Amesbury and tried this hotel. Would definitely stay here again! Everything was great, especially liked the in-room chaise lounge chair. It’s pretty rare to find both functional & comfortable hotel room lounge furniture. The queen bed mattress was comfortable with a variety of hard & soft pillows. The room was well cleaned and the bathroom spacious and nicely laid out. From other reviews, I believe all the rooms were recently redone - my room looked pretty new. Breakfast was fine - pretty typical of other places with hot & cold choices (nothing special). I didn’t use other parts of the facility so I can’t comment further on those?

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and courteous. We had a reservation mishap and they did everything they could to help is us. If you are in this part of the world, I would recommend staying at the Amesbury Hampton Inn.

The staff here is amazing! Amesbury is a great town full of friendly people! Downtown is super quaint with great shops!

Very polite staff. Room was clean and smelled great. Breakfast had several options. Enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again.

First time traveling alone. Was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room I stayed in. Conveniently located from grocery store, take out and easy commute to where I was working! Staff was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions on directions! Will definitely recommend and stay here again!

Where to start with this place? Just phenomenal staff, so friendly and helpful. We had to stay an extra day due to the weather and everyone couldn't have been more accommodating. The rooms are so clean and my kids couldn't get enough of the indoor pool. When it comes to included hotel breakfast I'm not hard to please, but they really go all out!. We stayed for 5 nights and they change the menu up every morning, I started each day of vacation with plenty of energy. Highly recommend this hotel, hope to stay there again!

We're so impressed! The staff is so polite and service oriented. They have an actual free breakfast every day that's surprisingly good. The rooms are modern and
clean. Overall, excellent! We'll stay again.

I had a unique situation and needed immediate accommodations for a large group of people. the staff was very friendly, helpful and professional at all times. We got the rooms we needed and because of the staff's help it went very smoothly. The place was spotless and the rooms were very nice, comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. I would call them anytime!!!

Great simple accommodations. Clean with easy parking

Spent 6 days and had a clean and welcoming room with basic amenities like 1 shot coffee pot and microwave. Drawer space limited but closet space and bathroom spacious. Staff were a hoot!! Loved the 11pm staff and the kitchen staff. Pool was warm and inviting and fitness room in good repair. Used washer and dryer at a cost of $6 per load but hey I didn't have to overpack. Breakfast was clean with glove use, decent choices and non stop decaf, reg coffee and various hot teas (24/7). Located next to grocery store, fast food and Mexican restaurant. Right off I-95 and close to I-495.

Trip was amazing and made the weekend perfect for getting to and from wedding venue of best friend. Definitely will be back, one of the best front desk staff in the business...also, hotel and room were immaculate.

I enjoyed a clean and comfortable room. The bed, pillows, and bedding were comfortable and cozy. TV had great picture and sound. Temperature control was easy to use and response was quick. Breakfast was tasty and staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn't have time to visit the pool or fitness, but they looked great.
