I recently bought a house in Fall River Ma and could not have done it without the help of Sherri King. Going into the start of the process I was instantly at ease knowing I could ask Sherri any question I had, even during non business hours and she would always pick up the phone. I was so fortunate to get connected with Debbie at Home and Key when purchasing my house, it was an all around great experience. Debbie is an all star that took the time to talk with me on what I was looking for in a home and more importantly, what I was not looking for. Where Debbie really stood out is in her communication. She would routinely send houses that she vetted and thought I would like, also would send me some that she thought I might like while calling out the aspects that I mentioned may be an issue. It was refreshing, nothing was forced, she truly wanted to help me find the perfect place, which I ended up doing about a month into the search. When I knew it was the house for me Debbie made sure to give an accurate assessment of the market of similar houses so we could come up with a competitive offer. With an offer accepted, Debbie and the team at Home and Key made sure everything went smoothly, even during a very difficult time during the pandemic. At all points in the process I could call Debbie or anyone else on the team and ask questions and get honest, informative answers. I had the pleasure of working with Scott on two different transactions. The first, he was the buyer’s agent for a property I was selling. The second, I hired him as my agent as my wife and I were looking for our dream home.

I’ll tell you what, if you’re looking for someone who will get you what you want, Scott is your man. I cannot speak highly enough of how impeccable of a job he does. Scott is the best, most transparent, open and honest realtor. He is extremely thoughtful, caring and considerate!

When I was selling my land and he was the buyer’s agent, he fought hard for them to get what they wanted at the price they wanted all while retaining a level of decorum and respect. Scott is a bull - in a good way. He fights hard for his clients. I was so impressed with him that after we sold the land to his clients, I called him up and asked him to be my realtor.

We gave Scott a very specific and detailed list of what we wanted in our dream home and boy did he deliver. He has such a way of negotiating that he was able to get us more than what we wanted and we got it under asking! Buying a house can be very stressful but Scott led us through the whole process. He keeps you at the forefront of his mind, he reaches out to you often, he is very communicative, he has your best intentions at heart and he isn’t afraid to tell you what you need to hear - believe me you will thank him for this when you get your dream house. 5 stars does not do Sherri King justice, there should be 6- or 7-star reviews, because she makes whatever you expect from a 5-star realtor and takes it to another level.
I am very picky when it comes to realtors, as I have let go several in the past, so I write this review as a person who is skeptical of anyone that is commissioned based.
What makes Sherri different? 1. She actually is not lying when she says that she loves what she does. 2. She goes waaayyy over what is expected of anyone in this this line of work.3. She is strength-based and makes what seems impossible- become possible. Believe me, I saw it firsthand, as she pulled off a small miracle in selling our home and navigating a beyond tricky situation in securing our future home.
I am so glad I found Sherri, as she is not only hands down the best relator around, but she is an even better human being.

Oh My Goodness, I wish I could find one word to say to express how I am feeling but the only thing I can think of is Amazing, Excited, Overjoyed and so much more.
