Nick (owner), Erik and the TRM Roofing team were fantastic! We especially appreciated their honesty and willingness to immediately make things right when something went wrong. They accidentally cut our gas line but told us right away, owned up to the mistake, and assured us they'd pay for all repairs. Not only did they pay for all repairs, but they arranged for all repairs and the final inspection with the town of Gilbert, too. And it was fixed within 48 hours.

We had used TRM previously for roof repair, and now they've replaced our entire roof. They're honest, communicate well and did a wonderful job. They also send you a bag of yummy chocolate chip cookies after every service (whether it's a simple repair or an entire roof replacement) who else does that? Nick also felt so bad about the inconvenience with the gas line (we had no hot water for 2.5 days) that he gave us a $100 Cheesecake Factory gift card. And - his bid came in several thousand dollars lower than we expected. He offered us a substantial discount since they'd done repair work for us prior, and because we could pay in full.

Nick and his team are top notch. Don't bother calling anyone else if you need any type of roof repair. TRM is the BEST. Thanks, Nick!

I was absolutely so pleased with TRM Roofing! I couldn’t say enough about them and the fact that it is family and Veteran owned made my decision easy. From the start, Nick was not only professional but absolutely knowledgeable and his prices were great and fair. After calling them to start my new roof, it didn’t take long at all for them to get everything prepped to do so. Workers were great and quick, and the foreman kept me informed the whole way through. This is our second time to use TRM Roofing. Both times Nick and his crew have been very polite and professional. When the work was completed they cleaned up the work area leaving it just a little better than it was before they arrived. Hopefully we will no there will not be a need for them again but if there is we will contact them to do the repairs necessary.

Had a micro burst go through the neighborhood. Tiles on at least 4 houses were lifted/moved. Contacted Nick and he came right out. Affected tiles were put back into place and roofs inspected at no charge. Would highly recommend TRM for your next roofing project.

My roof was hit twice in one week with wind damage which scattered tiles both front and back. Called Nick with TRM and he came the same day to assess. Since I can’t climb a ladder, he was my hero. No damage - no worries. My go-to roofing crew in the future.

Nick and his team were great! Very professional and open with me. The crew was very respectful and courteous and got the job done right! Even with a few rain delays, I am still very pleased with the service they provided. And the follow up is off the charts!

Before the work began the project foreman explained to me the outline of the work to be done & the time frame of how long it should take. The workers arrived promptly every day for the 3 days it took to complete the roofing project. When the work was done the area was cleaned of all roofing debris. i am very pleased with the whole process & think TRM made it as painless as possible.

My wife is a realtor and occasionally needs to use or recommend a roofer. We’ve had a few different roofers over the years but by FAR, TRM (Nick the owner) has come through the best by far. He communicates well, gets over to do the inspection immediately and give an estimate for the roof repair or replace and above all is HONEST and does a GREAT job! He’s been involved with at least 2 of my personal homes and now 2 more coming up. Nick from TRM Roofing is fantastic. We had some roof tiles displaced after a huge windstorm. I got Nick's name as a referral and he didn't disappoint. He was very responsive and came out to fix up the tiles within 48 hours. Costs are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Had roof underlayment replaced due to age. Nick and Vic were very responsive and professional. Great 12 yr warranty against leaks. Had minor issue with broken vent (unrelated to workmanship) which Vic came out and replaced immediately, excellent customer service! Thorough cleanup when job was finished. I would recommend very highly for any type of roof work. My neighbor had great experience with TRM also, that's how I got their name.

From the first time Nick visited our home to give us a quote (within a day they sent us a detailed quote with pictures and a clear understanding of the health of our roof), to them coming back to do the job was nothing less then great customer service and professionalism!

Victor who led the crew was professional and kept the work place clean when they left for the day. At final inspection they left the work area cleaner than it was before. Our experience with TRM was fabulous. Our roof had been neglected and was in serious disrepair. Nick and Vic were reassuring, the price was very fair and the work was excellent. I can’t say enough about the entire experience from first visit to quote to implementation. It is important to have quality work, as this is. But the more than pleasant exchanges are bonus not necessary but so greatly appreciated.
