Love VERIZON... and the folks at this location ...Angela Matthews, Jim Cahill, Abi Amare and Kevin Burke are in customer service... too much to tell... just KNOW they do it ALL to have a happy customer... ME.... I walked out SAVING money...AND now have unlimited wi-fi IN MY VEHICLE... and my real estate clients ..can connect as well!! Crazy!! I’ve now been a loyal Verizon customer for 16 years and 4 months they tell me and I’ll never leave! Thank you!

I was in there this past Friday due to my phone not working. Apparently 2 sales associates had called out sick that day and Ryan, the manager, was putting out fires when I walked in the door at exactly 10 am. I had to wait for a few other customers till It was my turn. I watched numerous people flustered and angry giving the manager Ryan a hard time. He kept his cool and helped these people to the best of his ability and went above and beyond for them despite their poor, angry attitudes and somewhat rudeness. Will 100% go back. Thank you Ryan!

I had to replace my Verizon phone and the new phone would not connect to Android Auto in my truck. I had to go back to the store twice, but Eric, the manager at the Mansfield, MA. Store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to correct the phone and this new phone works better with Android Auto than my old phone ever performed. I highly recommend this store based upon Eric's customer service!

I cannot say enough nice things about the service at your Mansfield Verizon store. Dan and Matt spent almost 3 hours with us on Saturday! They went over every plan option available to us, got us the best deal they could and even set up 5 phones and a watch for the whole family. I would recommend if you need any Verizon service please visit the store in Mansfield.

Kevin was amazing and super helpful. Awesome service!! Have been to several Verizon stores and every person has given mixed advice, however he was crystal clear about all steps needed to get a new phone. He made the overall process super easy and stress-free. Give him a raise for sure!!! He's awesome.

TERRIFIC customer service! After being COMPLETELY frustrated and turned off by the Verizon website, we went in and got answers and immediate help with what we needed. We simply wanted to change our plan and add a line. Adam took care of it quickly, efficiently and asked us questions about our phone use to line us up better with the right service plan. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Verizon outlet!!

Just had a great experience with customer service minutes before the store closed. Figuring the Verizon store would be busy I went to Best Buy and then Staples and got horrible customer service. Knowing Verizon was closing, I whipped by the Verizon store and the two gentlemen were over the top helpful with my iPad issue. I was exhausted from the other two stores, I forgot to get their names. I hope management sees this and gives them kudos for me! They represent the brand well!! I am a long time happy Verizon customer too! 3/10/21 7:55 pm!

Made and appointment on line a few days before. Got right in on time when I arrived. Had incredible individual attention and outstanding customer service. Felt safe the entire time. They limit the amount of people in the store. Very well organized.

Both times I have gone to this store the customers service has been incredible. The employees are always looking to do whatever they can to make your experience convenient. Especially Anthony, who went out of his way to help me set up my new phone

In spite of some of the negative reviews here I had just the opposite. I just got a new phone there and they were very helpful. However, there were some problems with the phone afterwards and a difference of opinion as to how the problem came about, however, the staff (Muhammad) and manager there were very professional and very patient and helpful to solve the issue - high marks from me. I'd go back anytime!

I need to do a HUGE shoutout to Kevin. I entered the store devastated because my phone was broken. Kevin sent me to a place where they did same day repair! Now, it’s as if it were brand new! Great service and cleanliness is on point!

Went in the store with 2 phones that had issues. Dan resolved issues on both in about 10 min. Great service.

My purchases were ready upon my arrival and an exchange was available for an item when I explained I purchased a non compatible item.
