I want to thank Mansfield AT&T for their wisdom and hiring Diego.

I am a senior tech stuff is a foreign language and therefore stressful for me.

Diego is welcoming professional Knowledgeable, patient supportive, and always effective. He translates everything with grace n ease.

Because of Diego, when needing to do business, I think of Mansfield AT&T first, I also tell all my friends.

I want to thank Chris the manager who is most helpful and supportive as well.

AT&T in Mansfield is an asset in many ways. We are blessed to have them.

I’ve been an AT&T customer for over 20 yrs and always a great experience at Mansfield location! But Edgar by far has been the best agent I’ve had, and his customer service skills are outstanding! Edgar gets a huge 5 star rating from me!

Tessa gave me fantastic service tonight. She went above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend this store as well as Tessa. I'm sure that everyone else is too. There's definitely a difference between third party and corporate stores, which I didn't know was a thing.

I had the most wonderful experience today at the Mansfield store. I’m a professional but IT is not my thing. I lost my phone and was scared to update information on a replacement phone. Edgar was exceptional! He navigated downloading all my information, was professional and courteous and when I walked in the door with a boot on my foot (broken ankle) he immediately grabbed a chair for me. Impeccable service is a lost art, but not at this store. I’m a customer for life! Thank you, Edgar.

Yesterday and today I had back-to-back fantastic experiences at the Mansfield AT&T store. Diego is amazing! He helped me upgrade two iphones and add a new line; all at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend this store/staff for its professionalism and efficiency!

The Mansfield store is fantastic, and has helped me out with all sorts of issues. I myself am a former store employee of AT&T / Cingular (not the Mansfield store, however). Consequently, human nature would probably make me more likely to be critical of how things are done in the Mansfield store, versus how I used to do things 10-15 years ago!

I can honestly say that this store is managed just as effectively as any AT&T store where I myself was employed. Chris L., the store manager, is a wealth of knowledge (such as when he helped me out with disabling the pesky "talk-back" feature which I had accidentally activated on my phone).

Chris multitasks very effectively. He is always eyeing the front door of the store, to ensure that every customer be helped as quickly as possible in a very busy store. (He uses a sign-in sheet as a tool for this objective.) This "best practice" results in none of the customers feeling forgotten or overlooked, as far as I can tell!

I recently had a tricky upgrade situation, wherein I chose a model of smartphone which was not right for my experience level (as I found out after 3 days of frustration). Chris made the "exchange policy" easy for me to understand; and I swapped phones with a minimum of "heartburn" or extra expense.

The staff at the store seems to follow Chris's leadership practices in helping customers, too. Although I have not dealt with everybody at the store, Kaylee also seems ready to help out, even if the reason for my visit is merely a question and not necessarily a "revenue-producing" sale. (!)

Visited today to buy screen guard for my new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, greeted by staff very nicely… guided with all the option’s available… best service…. Will soon visit to buy some other things 👍👍

Tessa was very helpful with all of my needs. I do indeed have a lot of needs! She is very knowledgeable and very personable! I’m in the process of switching all my line from Verizon!!

This week I can say I had a great experience with Edgar and his manger and the rest of the staff. Edgar went above and beyond to help me purchase a new phone and make changes to my plan. I am so grateful for the help and information he provided. He was patient and kind and explained everything to me (more than once lol!)

I must say how helpful sale agent Diego was and he did an fantastic job.. He took the time to explain to me about the special deals / promotions. He also took the time to explain to me about my account and TV plans. His personally was amazing and welcoming. Thank you Diego for taking your time explaining everything from phones to TV promotions. I been with AT&T for two years and this is by far the best agent I have met when it comes to my service. The staff at 287 School St in Mansfield Ma were amazing! The rep that assisted us Kaylee was great! She was knowledgeable and patient and answered every question we had with our new products.
I had to call the store later that day, the manager answered the phone and assisted me with an issue I was having. Wiithin minutes she had everything resolved.
Top notch customer service.

The team at this locate was amazing. I personally work with William and he was so supportive and understanding. He did everything to make sure I left with a smile. He customers service and knowledge about the services and phones was beyond my knowledge but how he explained everything is was so helpful. With that said definitely visit this location and make sure you’re able to talk to William. Such a wonderful person.
