Me and my husband was new to the whole home buying and fully expected a long complicated process, we had searched a few places when we saw a place we really liked, it was Memorial Day weekend and we didn't expect much help, but the realtor Terry who was at a family BBQ agreed to meet us right away, we really liked the place and Terry took it from there, for the following 6 weeks we called/texted Terry with questions and she always responded within an hour, she made it very easy and unstresfull. We closed last week and we couldn't be more happy with the way we was treated, Terry comes highly recommend.

Great location & parking.

This company employs some of the worst tactics in the world. I've reported them to every agency I can think of. Buyer beware.

Steve Ferreira was who I had to use due to my X and I couldn’t agree on anything. Steve didn’t keep me informed of anything, was heard telling a couple that came to see my house that it needed “A lot of work” , as my agent I thought his loyalty was with us. Steve totally took advantage of being court appointed and let my house sell $50,000 under all to make a quick sale. I asked him for paperwork, he is just a shady man, I’d stay clear of him. No values
