CVS

Today I had to fill a prescription for my dog at CVS. I chose the one closest to me which was 786 Ashley Blvd, New Bedford. I have never been to this location before but I will go back. A young woman named Jasmine waited on me. The customer service she provided was exemplary. Although I didn’t interact with anyone else I felt a positive vibe. I don’t usually post reviews but they deserve 5 stars!

Store workers in the store January 29, 2023, prior 9 a.m. were excellent the one arriving for 9 a.m. needs an attitude adjustment. Blocking handicap spot preventing me from leaving, making a remark, but when I questioned her, she just went in. Eli would not approve I'm sure the store manager wouldn't either.

NEW REVIEW: I'm not sure if there is new staff, but twice now, there's a girl there and she is sooo rude! She's discriminates against some of my medications. I get calls/texts saying scripts are ready, I go there and only the non pain meds or anxiety meds will be there. Even tho they were called in together. Anyway, I waited in the drive thru for 20 mins, got to the window and the script wasn't ready??!! I said I was notified it was and she said and I quote..
I can't help you now we're at lunch and rolled the blind down. Went yesterday at 2pm...same nasty girl at the drive thru. She said it's not ready, we're working on the 15th scripts. I said I got a message that it was ready, she said, sneering, that's impossible. I said to her, I don't like you, you have a bad attitude. Administrator!! Find out who was at the window and ask her. I spoke to the pharmacist about the discrimination because meds never filled same as the others. Discrimination is serious!!

Just always great staff, such friendly pharmacy and cashier's.

I have been super sick with a fever and bad cough. My insurance wouldn’t cover my inhaler prescription and I had to go back and forth with my doctor and the pharmacy until I spoke to Stef at this location. She explained what was happening with my insurance and since I really needed the medication, I decided to pay out of pocket. She found me a coupon that brought the high cost down to $16 and I didn’t have to go back and forth anymore - she took care of everything with one phone call. I’m glad we switched to this CVS.

I love going to this location .they are attentive ,pro-active and kind. The store manager went above and beyond in helping me with my canvas photos. She’s an inspirational team leader. Thank you !

My goto for prescriptions. I don't shop CVS personally but this is the only pharmacy I will use. Great staff and both pharmacist on staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I don't think there's one time I've been in there over the years that every single person that works there hasn't been helpful friendly and just genuinely nice

Found everything I needed and all of your agents were courteous and helpful

Alway's out of the merchandise that my wife and I use on a regular basis. Such as coffee, water, juice and soft drinks. We are a retired couple and use public transport or we walk to this store. That being said ; the sales people are very helpful and courteous. We will probably not shop here for groceries on a regular basis, again.
