Quick service and good menu. Liked their food and smoothies both! 🥝 🍓

My 1st time ordering here since the beginning of the Pandemic and I was blown away with the service. Ordered on for pick-up online and was in the very long line in the drive-through (my choice being lazy) when an employee who was outside taking customer's orders came to my car. I said I pre-ordered. She asked my name ran in and even directed traffic to get me back on the road! The Smoothie and vegan wrap was delicious too!! Definitely will revisit again & again!

The store Manager Karen was very accommodating when DoorDash DID NOT deliver my food as ordered. She went above and beyond to remake the items ordered and made sure it was done as priority! Great customer service and efficiency from Tropical Smoothie in Fairhaven.

I love coming to tropical smoothie, and am very impressed with the customer service! I came to visit on December 12th around 7 ish and a very nice teenager with glasses helped me at the drive through. She was kind and made my experience as pleasant as possible! Also the food was great! Only downside I have to say is the prices... but it’s worth it!

The food is always fresh and delicious and the smoothies are amazing. It's not the fastest service but you can't really complain because everything is so good. They do have a drive through but again not the fastest.

I love this place, it's were I go for lunch at least twice a week. The best part is using the app to order before I arrive cuts out the wait,and pays all at the same time. I strongly recommend everyone who comes to Fairhaven stop in for at least a Smoothie and a meal. Can't praise the servers enough

My go to after walks. I have not been disappointed in any smoothie I've had. I like the variety and new ones they keep coming out with.

The service is friendly and as fast as can be because they make everything fresh. The business is clean the food is delicious. You can call ahead or make an order on line and just pick it up.

The smoothies are always good. Sometimes the drive-through can get backed up because of the time it takes the smoothies but its the price you pay 🤷‍♀

Healthy drinks preferably Smoothies you can customize and protein supplements and vitamins available to add in, Also Smoothies they have that will fill you up with fresh fruit and Healthy food for lunch breakfast or dinner!I enjoy this location day or night. VERY HEALTHY ALSO A BONUS TO ME DAILY You can add anything Healthy from a chicken Caesar salad to a Flatbread!

Love them! Especially the fairhaven and new Bedford ones. Great place for a healthier on the go choice of food. People are great, owner is amazing.

I love this place but seriously fix that damn intercom I just placed a order that took way to long on top of that the messed up my order, but luckily the staff at tropical smoothie are awesome...other than that damn intercom this place rocks.

If I could afford their high prices I'd get a smoothie every day. $8 for a smoothie and a half, which includes a half salad or sandwich of your choice, is my suggestion for a healthy filling meal for a light eater.

Everyone is really helpful every time I'm there. I dont visit often so i never remember the names of what i want. But they are always able to take the time and help me with what I'm looking for. ❤
