Rocky's Ace Hardware

Purchased the Stihl 261c and forestry axe from Matt @ Ace Fall River. Long story short, the axe head snapped off and after a short phone call, Matt had a brand new axe waiting with my name on it. He adhered to Stihl warranty and with 0 delay (outside of uncontrolled circumstances) I was back to splitting that day. Matt knows Stihl.
As far as the 261c: owning a chainsaw is the same as owning a gun. They both can bite back with devastating consequences. Very few if any I’d trust with either but I would trust Matt to fix my chainsaw. The great part is 6 months and many trees later, it’s still running without issue.

Was looking for Stihl accessories and they had it. Super professional management and staff (Matt), very knowledgeable and courteous to my wife who picked up the products. We live in Westport and will shop them again in the future.

Rocky's has a great selection of everything from tools to nuts and bolts, and everything in between. The prices are reasonable, and the store associates are helpful and friendly.

Very nice employees, asked me if i need help and helped me find what i came for. Was here for the first time and am content with my visit.

Friendly service, they directed me to exactly what I needed. I was surprised how big the store is and the great selection of products. The prices are higher than the big box store, but Rocky's is right in my neighborhood so I don't mind paying for the shorter trip.

Great selection of hardware and other stuff. Staff was very helpful when I called asking about something and when I showed up.

Found some great cabinet hardware as well as some light bulbs that I couldn't find anywhere else

They have a nice variety of everything. Right next to my house. Better than getting lost in home depot.

Love going here. I've never had any issues with the staff. If I couldn't find what I was looking for and it wasn't in stock they ordered it for me. Matt and the rest of the staff have always been friendly, helpful and have always taken the time to have a conversation with you. Whether it was a short or long one. Old fashion service from a small business love it. My #1 go to before anywhere else.

Called at 5:15 and was told the Stihl dealer leaves at 5:30, arrived there at 5:25, Matt already had the chainsaw ready, took me outside and explained all the features and things I should know about it and didn't rush me off because he had to leave. I feel this guy is a real asset to the company, thanks again Matt for all the help with the Stihl MS261CM chainsaw.

I absolutely recommend this Ace. The staff is always there to help and are knowledgeable. I get great coupons as rewards in mail and have never not found what I needed. Last year when nowhere had wood stove pellets including Lowes. and Home Depot they came thru and not with ridiculous prices because no one else had them. Great store to the community!

Everything I could ever need, and it's just around the corner

This is my favorite hardware store for the smaller projects requiring specific things that would take me way too long in Home Depot for. I get all my nuts, bolts, eyelets, metric or SI. The staff knows what they are talking about and gives helpful advice. The store is neatly organized, easy to navigate and if you do need help finding something, it's easy to find a helping hand. I recommend this place 110%!
