Lou is the best… hands down… he’s been taking care of me for years, and nobody cuts hair like him. His location and setup make for an awesome experience all around. I live in Sacramento now but still go to Lou to get cut when I drive to the Bay Area for work because I refuse to go anywhere else. He’s the real deal…
