Willow Glen Ace Hardware

I needed to revamp my kitchen, so I visited the hardware store for supplies. The quality of their products is exceptional. The kitchen cabinets and tools I bought were robust and durable, giving my kitchen a modern look. The prices were reasonable, and the products were worth every penny. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for top-notch hardware supplies.

Happy ACE is back, with new owners. Substantial investments in the building will hopefully yield great results. The ACE has a lot of new brands and unique touches, unlike typical HD or Lowe’s. Personal service exudes here, they even have Walnut slabs, random but awesome. The new store layout is well organized. I expect to support this location for many more years as my neighborhood hardware store.

Alex was the go to guy there told exactly where to find the part I was looking for that have it all for me it was a plumbing parts heaven and when Alex presented me with a flyer about chip keys made there for $120 I've paid up to $500 for my last chip key and had to wait a week for hardware and a great deal on keys those hard to get or even find qualified person go see Alex at Willow Glen Ace Hardware

A great local hardware store. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a question on paint that the guy wasn’t sure about, he radioed to the back and got us an answer.

Great place and full of supplies. Very friendly staff and quick transactions.

Visited right before closing and was rendered excellent service by both employees on-site. The cashier even went the extra mile to put some tape on something that would not fit in the bag like a handle. 100% experienced the helpful place motto today.

Beautiful flowers here. The lady and gentleman that grow them and deliver them keep them nice and clean

I found the strong bathroom hooks for 7.5 pounds. No one else had them.

I don’t come to this store very often, however the times I have, I have always received such great service. The members here are so knowledgeable and helpful! When I called in to check a stat on my online order Nick assured me it would be fulfilled by the end of day, he then called me about an hour later letting me know its done even though I got an email stating it was shortly before his call. I love love the communication and customer service. I felt like Nick went beyond to reach out to me about my order.

There was another gentleman who I forgot his name, but stated he doesn’t always work at this location. He was extremely helpful when I needed help looking for a product. Not only was he able to find it within seconds, but he also asked me if I needed any other supplies and ask me what kind of project I was doing. He was very engaged and helpful.

Prices are great and although the store may be a tad small for my liking, they have SO much to offer. I am always amazed by their inventory and cleanliness!

Good store. Has lots of what you need without having to hit the big box stores instead. Staff always seems to be fairly knowledgeable about their inventory or get other staff to help quickly if they don't know the answer.

What a wonderful experience on the phone and in person. I needed to program my Lexus key fob and Ace hardware is the lease expensive! Spoke to Alex over the phone where he double checked whether it can be done. He then explain to me that Jonathan and himself are the only two that are capable of completing the task. Alex is off on Tuesdays but Jonathan was here when I set me up. While he was assisting he was also assisting others...as we were walking out of the store he greeted everyone in the parking lot.all I can say is that is great customer service!

I always find what I want at this Ace. Very helpful staff and nice people too.

The staff is the friendliest & are constantly looking for anyway to help. This is my go-to place for most of my needs. (I will avoid Home Depot completely these days as those staff go out of their way to avoid the customer). While this location is small, they cram a lot of stuff in there. Thank you for your help today!!!

Great hardware store plenty of selections

Probably one of the friendliest ACE stores you will visit. I am convinced management puts every employee through a training session – – everyone is just so friendly and helpful.

This was the first time I went to this particular Ace Hardware store. Like many smaller hardware stores it is positively crammed to the top with most everything that you are likely to need to finish up a job that has already required 4 trips to the nearest big box store. They had a few things there that I could not find anywhere else. The staff was helpful, available and friendly.

All in all I had a very good experience there and won't hesitate to shop there again when I am in the neighborhood.

Quick, easy and convenient. Had to place a special order and cashier was very helpful and pleasant.
