Walgreens

Walgreens is my favorite pharmacy... I e always realized that some stores, especially one in Albany, NY right near my house has a 24hr pharmacy... That's amazing lol...

Never once had a bad experience, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and courteous staff both in the Pharmacy and regular store staff, yes there's a bit of a wait at the pharmacy if it's busy but that's because they're doing their jobs correctly, professionally and diligently to get every prescription correct all
while helping everyone with all sorts of questions and other needs, they go above and beyond their job descriptions to help every customer and are fine examples of employee excellence and I refuse to get my medications from anywhere else in Berkshire County, even from the hospital itself, I trust them fully and respectfully to the point where I'm going there soon to get my COVID-19 shot because I don't trust anywhere else to get it.

Always there with exactly what i need.

Clean and most of the people are helpful there are a few rude people in there too

No freezers/ice cream here in case anyone else is looking for that midnight Ben and Jerry’s fix

The slowest store ever. Most customer service providers are very nice.

Very long wait time for script..

NOT a fan of Rite Aid. Pompous Rx dept., slow service often, shelves often empty, CVS is much better.

Drove to this Walgreens and it looked like it was closed/going out of business. If it is actually still a viable business, ya'all need to turn on some lights!

They never answer their phone ever!! Just the worst pharmacy around! They don’t even try to reach out to people who call!
