Beautiful site. Staff are very helpful instructing guests on accessing the audio guide on your phone. Gardens are on both sides of the road. It takes about 2 hours to leisurely see everything. There are lots of places to sit and relax while enjoying the gardens.

My wife and I are regular visitors to botanical gardens in different cities — the Berkshire Botanical Garden stands out as very special and a “must-see” for visitors to the area. The complex itself is bifurcated by Highway 102. There is visitor parking on one side only (presumably the older portion of the Garden). Interestingly, they have made this condition a distinctive advantage, providing two distinctive types of landscapes. There is also a store selling books and merchandise, an education center building (with accessible toilets), and an art gallery/library/conference building. Plenty of seating and of different types for individuals, couples, small groups.

So pretty here, even in the rain! I’d love to explore some other time if I’m ever in the area when it is sunny and not full of vendors for a harvest festival. I learned a few things and enjoyed seeing such diverse plant life. I also like the vegetable garden area and learned there are more types of tomatoes than I had realized! It was a quick walk through and I didn’t get to see it all but it was lovely anyway. I do hope to visit again someday.

There was so much to see! We spent hours exploring the many gardens in the sunshine and during an unexpected light rain which we waited out in a lovely arbor. There were so many beautiful flowers even in mid-August.

It was the off season, so everything was dying off. We were still able to walk the grounds and view the different types of gardens they had. There was a gallery that showcased a local artist pieces. They were beautiful. They had a living wall( picture). That was beautiful. We went on a Tuesday and admission was free that day

I went in late April and it was so beautiful, everything is budding, the walk of all the daffodils is ridiculously cute. Be sure to check out the art as well. The shaped garden even has some chairs that you can sit on, made out of bushes! Stunning place, and a lovely experience.

It is really well-cared botanical garden. Of course, it should not be compared to larger NYBG, Brooklyn botanical garden, CT Wickham park or Planting Fields arboretum. Several gorgeous gardens are packed into its modest acreage.

Great botanical garden to walk around or sit down and have lunch at. I was lucky enough to randomly stop by while the Daylilies were in bloom and was able to get some amazing pictures. The rest of the property is just as beautiful. I always enjoy walking through the greenhouses. I also like to see other peoples vegetable and herb gardens and how they are set up compared to the one I have growing back home.

I went for opening week this spring. It was quiet, I practically had the place to myself. Such a beautifully maintained botanical garden. The magnolia trees were in bloom but it was too early for many. Looking forward to going again to experience different flowers. The 40 Stone Tree is quite a spectacle — such a beautiful creation by a local (NY) artist. I highly recommend exploring the grounds. There are events, programs, classes and free days.

Oh wow, this place is spectacular! I loved wandering around looking at all of the gardens. It was an excellent afternoon. I really enjoyed how they had separate garden layouts. So much to see and so beautiful. Unfortunately it was a very hot and humid day with really dark rain clouds so we kind of rushed a bit of the gardens.

At first, it felt a little expensive... but then as we kept walking and seeing all the nooks and crannies, we felt more and more it was worth every penny. A lot of time and energy is put into this wonderland of beauty.

What a cute experience! For those who appreciate flowers, plants, and gardens, this is the place for you. Admission is $15/adult with no senior, AAA, or student discount. They do reciprocate with NARM if you do have a membership. Went in early October when not all of the flowers are blooming, but still got to see quite a few lovely flowers. There are statues of birds using different media for the "Birds Take Flight" 🐦 showcase - think bronze, mosaic, etc. Found some cool plants such as "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes" and other cool gems like a wishing tree 🌳. Definitely a cool place to venture to if in the Stockbridge area. Would love to go back in spring/summer.

Lovely spot to amble through and just breathe. The roses are amazing right now and there is some wonderful photography in the barn and sculptures throughout the grounds. Are you really in a hurry to return to a frenzied life? I didn’t think so🙏🏻 stop in and enjoy.

Beautiful grounds to wander, with an incredible amount of unique and uncommon plants, along with some of the more common favorites. The gardens are structured nicely into many individual as l outdoor rooms, showcasing different themes and ideas. Even if you are not a gardener or plant enthusiast, the beauty and colors are worth a stop!

A beautiful botanical oasis! This garden is huge and a wide variety of flowers, trees, and rare plants. When we visited they had a wonderful topiary with crocodiles, peacocks, lamas, and other animals. Several pathways lined with flowers. There is a small indoor gallery. Pre-pandemic there was an annual harvest festival here each September that had tag sales, musicians, local artisans, and games.

This was a wonderful places to wander and relax for a few hours. The walking path winds around the property leading to small individual and whimsical gardens and sculptures. Lots of chairs and benches to sit and reflect. There was a lovely photography exhibit in one of the buildings.

A somewhat compact but beautiful botanical garden in Stockbridge, MA. Trees from around the world interspersed with creative floral plantings and some sculpture. Gift shop open, Café closed due to Covid. (Summer 2021) but outdoor tables and chairs available for picnicking. Well worth a stop.

This place is absolutely beautiful. I was also really impressed with how clean and well kept it was. It is a great place to bring a date or your family. There is a section dedicated to children and learning which is nice. Very peaceful as well.
